The spacious two bedroom guesthouse is accessed off the alley and includes a private parking space. Entrance is up a flight of stairs where you enter your great room with 360 degree views. Enjoy sunrise off the outdoor covered deck with your morning cup of coffee and sunset views from the dining and reading area.

Great room includes fully equipped kitchen with two seat counter, dining area that seats six, corner reading area, living area with Apple TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, large ceiling fan and a covered outdoor deck through double French doors.

Downstairs you will find a cool and cozy sleeping retreat with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a feather comforter and memory foam pillows. Other features include two large closets with built in drawers, shelving and clothing rods, and a floor length wall mounted mirror. Bedroom 2 has two twin size beds (trundle style) and a large chest of drawers as well as two storage closets with shelving. Access to the washer and dryer is through the exterior door in the master bedroom and onto a small under roof patio where opening the outdoor double doors will reveal the stacked washer dryer unit.

The storage unit in the alcove adjacent to the front stairs holds all your beach going needs, including beach chairs, an umbrella, sand play toys and a portable ice chest. In this area you will also find places to hang your sandy/wet towels and wet swimsuits from your beach adventures. A hose to rinse off sandy feet before heading back inside completes the alcove.
