A very private, gorgeous and spacious home with many thoughtful amenities. Many gathering areas from the living room, to the dining room, to bar stools in the kitchen and a game room. Also, there are multiple lanais furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture for options to Enjoy the outdoors. Plus a private swimming pool!

The game room has a pool table for indoor Enjoyment.

The house is supplied with everything you will need for comfortable living from beach towels to barbecue. There's a TV, stereo, telephone, a hair dryer in every bathroom, ironing board, plenty of linens and a fully equipped kitchen.

Two hot/cold outdoor showers, two sets of clothes washers/dryers. This is especially appreciated by large groups!

Activities nearby: A short drive takes you to Princeville center for plenty of shopping and restaurants and the St. Regis Hotel. The Makai Course golf course has soared to the top of almost all of golf’s respected rankings imaginable. 7 miles to Hanalei for beaches and great hiking. Here you can also arrange for kayaking on the Hanalei River. A short drive south to Kilauea with its old lighthouse, bird sanctuary, charming shops and restaurants. There is also horseback riding, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, helicopter tours, snorkeling and tropical botanical garden.

This was a perfect house for 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids! There was lots of room for everyone and felt very comfortable. The location was fantastic and the pool was a highlight for all the kids!

The house was great and as expected. Only complaint is the bed in the bedroom upstairs has a terrible dip on the right side and squeaks horribly in the left side.

Mahalo for your kind review and important! We have fixed the bed. The foundation was off the rail, causing the mattress to buckle down. We also installed additional bracing for the foundation. Aloha!

The house exceeded expectations - the pictures didn’t do it justice. The bedrooms were comfortable and it felt like everyone had their own section of the house. The back lanai and the pool area were great for morning coffee and all day long. Would definitely stay there again. Also the people I talked with at the rental property were so helpful and pleasant. Mahalo for a wonderful trip!

Reviewer Comments: My family of nine (pre-teens, teens, and adults from the US and New Zealand) had a weeklong family reunion at this beautiful house in Princeville, located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short drive from a small shopping centre and restaurants, and a few nearby beaches. It's a ten-minute drive to Hanalei with lots of good restaurants. The house is spacious, extremely clean and well equipped, with quiet deck with BBQ towards golf course at the back. There is also swimming pool and heated spa pool, which kids enjoyed. Not to forget pool table and a lot of beach chairs. Great experience. I would recommend this property for big families or family’s reunions.

The beds need to be replaced, too worn out. The hall bathroom needs some better cleaning (mildew in the shower, due to no ventilation). Couldn't use the pool table because there were no tips on the pool sticks. A couple more fans due to no A/C especially when there is a large group of people.

To maximize comfort, we suggest opening the windows and doors to welcome the natural cross-breezes. Portable room fans are also available throughout the home for additional airflow. Aloha!

Great Spot For Family

We very much enjoyed everything about our stay in Princeville. The house is perfect for our two families with enough room for people to have personal space and gather together as they wish. It was perfect for our group of four adults and four teens.

Great house with a pool!

We had a great time at this VRBO! It was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was great and there were even beach chairs and a beach canopy which were both very helpful. Check-in/check-out were both very easy. Great place to stay!

Perfect start

This was a great home for our family not 8. We had ample space to enjoy each other and plenty of sleeping space/beds at the end of the day. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Would recommend to any large family.

Our 12 night stay at Hale Moena was perfect for our extended family of 10. Our four grandkids spent every moment they could in the pool, except when they were playing pool in the garage. The property was accurately described regarding location, layout, and amenities. We had plenty of room for three adult couples and our grandkids. The kitchen was appropriately furnished to make any meal. The lanai facing the Makai Golf Course was very pleasant. The property was clean and well-maintained, with pool, yard, and trash/recycling maintenance performed on a regular schedule during our stay. The three adult bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, except the beds were softer than we prefer. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the master suite, as well as a washer and dryer in the main floor laundry room, and the outdoor shower. We enjoyed many activities, including Na Pali Catamarans tour of Na Pali coast and snorkeling starting and ending at Hanalei Bay, Kaua'i Miniature Golf and Botanical Gardens in Kilauea, surfing lessons with Hanelei Surfing Company in Hanalei Bay, Garden Island Chocolate Tour and Tasting in Moloa'a, Hanalei Farmer's Market, Sunset Golf Cart Tour of Makai Golf Course, Limahil'i National Botanical Garden, Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge, and beach time at Hanalei Bay beaches and Anini Beach. We had great meals at Hanalei Bread Company, Ama Ramen, The Terrace, and Sandwich Isle. We would definitely recommend this property to relatives abnd friends.

Good Vibes Only

Everything was amazing and as advertised. The home is very spacious and easily accommodated two families with five teenagers. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rental home. The trade winds were blowing so no a/c was no problem! The location is great! A favorite for all was watching the numerous bird species from the back lanai. I would 100% rent this home again.

Spacious and beautiful!

The house was very spacious and beautiful over all our stay was great, however the house lacks towels, dishes, pots and pans, napkins, toilet paper, a broom, the hot tub in the pool didn’t heat. The wood is coming apart in the pantry and we saw many bugs.

House was okay

We have traveled to the island on more than one occasion. We choose this island for it the one we load. For what we paid this house I guess we expected more. In the 10 years we travel to the island this location was very disappointing.

You will not be sorry if you stay here! Amazing lanai with shade, breeze and NeNe's & chicken's for company. Family pool for play, great beach toys & chairs. Kitchen had all that you need for family dinners at home. Pool table in the garage for extra entertainment. Having the extra fridge in the garage was great for our Costco haul. Lastly , the property management team is fantastic! From food / restaurant recommendations, early contact with activities to reserve early as well as quick response to questions.

Good except primary suite bed

House was nice, may need a deep clean, floors were dirty and sticky.. I had to sleep on the couch due to the primary suite’s bed being very uncomfortable, super soft, with zero support. Pillows are also very thick, if you have neck issues bring your own. Also pool vacuum must stay on and in, at all times, even when swimming. It was nice to have fans and it was a spacious layout. Beautiful location
