Located in the exclusive gated community of La Punta in Manzanillo, Mexico. This 8400 sq ft Mediterranean style villa has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Madre Mountains from every room to sooth and excite. Each room enjoys the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Madre Hills.

Two private pools, one an infinity off the living room allow for invigorating dip and soothing warmth the other just off the large palapa for sunbathing. Planted patios, balconies, and palm thatched palapa provide settings for outdoor dining and entertainment.

Living and dining room offer 30 foot floor to ceiling windows. Games room, Media with DVD,CD, and piped -in music in every room, Working office with wi-fi & copy/fax/scanner available to you.

Five spacious bedroom suites with sitting areas, balconies and marbled bathrooms offer luxury and privacy you and your guests expect and deserve.
An on site manager, maid, cook and houseman attend to your every need.

Absolute Paradise!

We have never had such an enjoyable vacation, rest, relax and enjoy! The staff, Onorio, Paulina and Ava were perfection. The villa is gorgious. Views of the Pacifi Ocean and SAntiago Bay from every room and angle. Our accomodations were first class, clean, new, comfortable. The grounds were glorious! Three dining areas, two pools, everything perfect! Would I return? I have booked for next year already!

Exceptional!

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful villa. The staff was amazing, absolutely stellar!!! Accommodations....extraordinary! View...breathtaking! Owner communication...excellent! The villa itself had everything we could think of and then some, to keep us entertained, (5 adults, 3 kids, ages: 3, 9, 12). Onorio, Paulina and Eva were wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. If you do make the wise decision to stay here, be warned, do NOT fly AeroMexico or Aeromar - they royally messed up our flight coming AND going.

Gorgeous home!

This is a beautiful house with a great ocean view and phenomenal personnel. The house was always kept spotless and the personnel were always attentive, accommodated and caring. We were so happy with the services of Osorio, Paulina and Eva. The only thing I would recommend is that the air conditioning would be kept on all the time and that what ever charge would be included from the beginning of the contract and not after. Manzanillo is really hot and humid and having AC on all the time is a must. Overall, my whole family had an amazing time and we would definitely come back!!!

Stunning views, pampering service, pristine beach, delicious dining...the only want is a longer stay

Spent 5 glorious nights at Casa Las Brisas with extended family (7 adults and 3 kids). The pics on the web are beautiful and inviting...in person the Casa is stunning, spacious, and beyond every expectation. Onorio and Paulina are gracious and welcoming. They know how to pamper without fuss. Food was fresh and delicious. The beach is private and immaculate, with calm waters for swimming and a rocky area to one side that is great for snorkeling right from the beach. We took an easy day trip into Colima and considered a few other excursions but decided to relax and enjoy Las Brisas instead. The only down side is with all that pampering it is difficult to get back to "real life". Can't wait to book return trip.

Magnificant Vacation!

I so needed this! Exhausted after a workaholic summer I arrived with margaritas readied! We, three other couples and Richard & I, selected our bedrooms each en-suite bathrooms, depending on proxcimity to pools (2) or kitchen, bar or game room! We were all happy! I loved the tennis courts two minutes from the villa, we all enjoyed the private beach five minutes away with the cook and service staff making us picnic lunches. We did tour the countryside, but most enjoyed the adult evenings out at restaurants with live combos and dancing. What fun!! The truth is we usually had dinner in because the cook and service were so great at "home", and then when out to the restaurants afterwards for dancing - but we are dance lovers - and dance watchers!! Greatest holiday ever!! We will be back..... and would recommend to any group of 8 or 10.

True Family Luxury

Everything in the reviews here is accurate--- beautiful location, lovely home, great staff, total luxury---but there are a few other features that made our experience far better than renting a handful of rooms at the Ritz for our family. Las Brisas is located within a gated community of maybe 100 unique and spectacular homes (we loved looking at them when we would take an after dinner stroll). The people we met (at the tennis court or private beach) included many wealthy Mexicans for whom this is their vacation home as well as a smattering of American owners or guests of the American owners. My family and I liked being part of a community that wasn't just American tourists holidaying at a Mexican beach resort, giving a different feel to the qualities of our host country. We enjoyed some uniquely delicious Mexican food whipped up by our cook, but nothing beats having the cook prepare as much salsa and guacamole as you want! It's also the best to be the decision maker in terms of ingredients and preparation (e.g.- no butter, just olive oil please / lightly dressed salads etc) without having to cook!!! Perfect!!! So what we enjoyed was having an experience of the Mexican luxury life, albeit in a totally luxurious home and magical setting. One note--- the cook will make things spicy, but you must ask her! A few other notes--- the home is built on the hillside (giving it those fabulous sunset views), but this means a staircase connects several levels and you should be prepared to climb steps (in other words, I wouldn't bring a grandparent with a walker or someone who just had a knee replacement); We chose this home because a family member recommended it. I am sure there are many vacation rentals who can offer seamless luxury experiences, but we were glad to book Casa Las Brisas with the knowledge that everything would be as expected. It lived up to the recommendation and we look forward to going back next summer.

Incredible Stay!

Our trip Casa Las Brisas in March was an incredible get away. We found the home, views, and staff to be as good as anywhere we have traveled and stayed. We loved our stay at the Casa as well as our day trips throughout the Manzanillo country side which were almost as enjoyable as relaxing at the Villa. This trip took Mexico to a new level and we look forward to our next stay here.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Eight of us stayed here the week after Christmas and had the most wonderful vacation. The views are spectacular, the staff is amazing, and everything seems to function perfectly. We've already agreed to go again! (If you play tennis, you can almost fall out of bed onto the most beautiful courts)

Returning to Paradise!

Casa Las Brisas has been my destination of choice in Mexico for the past seven years--why go anywhere else when paradise is right here? The villa is beautifully appointed, comfortable with every convenience, and has the most magnificent views! The staff is accommodating, gracious, and welcoming, and every meal is delicious. The villa is situated so that it catches the gentle afternoon breezes and the view across the tropical palms and bougainvillea is truly magical. The sunsets over Santiago Bay put on quite a show every evening and the bright night sky will delight any star gazer. Casa Las Brisas is the perfect place to be pampered, relax in 2 pools, enjoy delightful cuisine, play tennis, bask on the private beach, or enjoy walks with breath-taking views. This is the perfect spot to indulge your senses and renew your spirit.

Extraordinary Experience

We spent a week at this property. The house is luxurious and the location spectacular. The staff made us feel immediately at home. They provided wonderful service and exceptionally good food. This is truly paradise. We would recommend it to anyone.

We recently returned from our second stay here and it was even better than the first time. The views are magical, the food is amazing, the staff couldn't be nicer, and the villa has everything one could possibly desire. Talk about Paradise!!!

Upon arriving at La Punta I had to ask myself "Am I in Italy or Mexico?" Ascending the staircase I could not take my eyes off of the incredible views! The villa was everything I had imagined--spacious, immaculately cleaned and THEN...greeted by the staff as we sat down to a beautifully presented and delicious luncheon was the beginning of a week-long love affair! Deciding which pool (there are 2!!) to float in and what meals to choose for the week were the biggest decisions that had to be made. I can't wait to repeat the incredible experience! Perfect spot for family reunions, connecting with girl friends or getting away with special couples.

Truly an amazing place!

Our family just came back from a wonderful week at your home! We truly enjoyed every moment there, from the beautiful house, pools, scenery, house staff, meals, etc....... A dream come true!

We spent an amazing week at this magnificent property with our daughters and sons-in-law, celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. What a perfect week! The outstanding staff anticipated our every need and pampered us with excellence. Everything is as represented in the fantastic property. The owner is engaging and cares about every detail. The staff decorated the palapa and served a fantastic meal for the birthday fiesta. It was their joy to serve us and see that we were content. An added bonus was Martita's amazing cooking, complete with a couple of cooking lessons for the "foodies" in the group. Highly recommended! Sheer perfection. The sunsets are breathtaking. This will be a treasured memory for our family. Thank you, Onorio, Paulina and Martita, you are the best.

Beautiful house!

My husband and I are repeat guests. The exquisite house and view have not changed; they are still as beautiful as ever. I believe we will never tire of the exquisite surroundings. The staff is friendly, efficient, and the meals are delicious! Golf, tennis and water activities are fantastic. I highly recommend Casa Las Brisas!

Land Family

Our stay at the Villa was above and beyond expectations. Everything was wonderful....the bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, dining arrangements, pools were decorated and comfortable for all. Our chef did everything we asked plus....the food was wonderful. The houseman greeted us with Margaritas and beer with chips and fresh made salsa and guacamole! The maid washed our clothes daily and cleaned the rooms daily. We also used the driver and vehicle to get us where ever we wanted to go at any time we wanted. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a wonderful relaxing vacation.
