Situated a short distance from Kierland shops and restaurants you can enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom home with all the features you will need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

"Desert Gardens" is a four bedroom, three bathroom home - beautifully remodeled in 2018 it offers resort-style amenities & the comforts of your very own private oasis.

The home is set over two floors and has a grand main living room with a high ceiling and open access to the entertainment room with pool table and a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV - a favorite spot to lounge around inside with family & friends.

On the ground floor there is one full bathroom and a charming bedroom with queen size bed and a stunning view overlooking the pool & backyard.

Upstairs you'll find a beautifully decorated master suite with a generous walk-in closet &
bathroom that includes a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads and the perfect size soaking tub to relax & enjoy.

Also located on the second floor there are two more bedrooms - each with one queen and one xl twin bed sharing a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower & tub.

The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous granite countertops, wooden cabinetry and open access to the spacious living room & dining table.
For anyone with the desire for a healthy living lifestyle and possibly staying for Medical reasons - this kitchen is carefully equipped to play a key role on your way to recovery and/or provide the must-have items of a health-conscious kitchen such as stainless steel pans, glass containers & storage jars and non plastic cutlery.


And lastly, you are invited to step into the backyard, where youā€™ll find your private sanctuary surrounded by palms, cacti & lush citrus trees.
The well-appointed yard offers an above-the-ground hot tub, a diving pool, a covered patio area, an outdoor dining table & poolside chaises, a BBQ grill & a putting green to practice putting in your spare time & enjoy some of Arizona's dramatic fiery sunsets.


**Pool heat is available at an additional $75.00 per day


Please book pool heat at least 72 hrs prior to arrival so we can ensure enough time for the pool to heat up.

Our family really enjoyed the outdoor area. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. The pool is very spacious and we never felt crowded, even though there were 8 of us in the water! Water temperature in the pool and hot tub was perfect. The fruit trees were an added bonus. The house was spacious with a large kitchen for cooking. Primary bedroom and ensuite were spacious and amazing! We had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation!

This home was perfect! The neighborhood was very safe, super close to a park! The home was super clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for cooking there. Our palace manager was so helpful and kind and fast to respond with all questions!

Great Vacation Sport in North Scottsdale

We greatly enjoyed this property that is loaded with amenities. The pool, hot tub and putting great were all great for our family. The property is excellently located with easy access to North Scottsdale attractions, shopping and restaurants. This was the perfect vacation home for our family.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Go and enjoy the pool, hottub, patio area, putting green and pool table. Very spacious, has all the amenities. Everything is as-advertised. Mirjam is a very gracious host. She is easy to contact and will respond quickly to any questions you may have.I'd highly recommend this rental. You won't be disappointed.

Spacious Phoenix Home

We had plenty of room for a friend group of six. The pool was of perfect temperature in the hot Arizona sun. The putting green also provided hours of fun. We would highly recommend this house. Made lots of funny memories during our stay.

Late October Family Reunion

Great location! Very spacious - especially the master suite and kitchen. 5-6 TVā€™s - The outdoor space was amazingā€¦ The pool was much larger than expected, and the putting green was an added bonus. We grilled out a couple times and had a blast! We will definitely come back to this location again. Bonus - Thereā€™s a very large park about a block away - safe and quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Pool Property

We loved our stay in this home. Mirjam, the owner is extremely response and accommodating. Her first priority is to make sure you are happy. The pool is amazing, we hardly even cared that it was the longest hot streak because we spent our days in the pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we made lots of great family memories.

Lovely clean, spacious home.

The house was clean and well appointed. The pool was great as itā€™s a diving pool with a bonus of a hot tub. Fruit trees and a putting green added to our stay and perfectly located. Mirjam is very accommodating and responsive. We had a small issue which she dealt with immediately. We had a great stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great location

We enjoyed our family vacation at this house. It has all the amenities you need to stay at the house the whole time and enjoy time together. Its only a block away from a great park for kids to play. The only thing is I would say the pool heating was a waste of money. It was warm on arrival but then it wasnā€™t warm again our whole stay. Even with leaving the cover on for a few days. So I would definitely skip that extra cost.

Nice House Could Use Some Updates

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The street was a little busy/loud and night for us, but great neighborhood otherwise. There were a few things that could make the house even better, such as curtains and trash cans in each bedroom and more hooks to hang towels on. The patio chairs could use updating as a lot of the wicker seats were broken so not super comfortable to sit on in shorts or swimsuits. The backyard was great but a heater/fire pit would make it even better! We also wished the outdoor speakers could be connected to. We really enjoyed our trip just a few things changes would make us pick the house again.

Hot tub issues

The house is fine and mostly as advertised. The decor is a little strange but that isn't a criteria for a rental. The main issue our group had was that the hot tub was uninviting. We were looking forward to using it as we come from cold winter places. The water level was low and it was not terribly clean so it wasn't used. Otherwise, the house was fine. I stay in this area pretty frequently and, at this price point, there are better properties in the area. It should suit most peoples needs but it is not one that I would rent again.
