Gorgeous pet friendly getaway located in a quiet lane that leads to the Ovens River and Cherry Walk.Take a leisurely stroll into Bright in under 20 minutes or take the car and be in the town centre in a flash!

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
The master bedroom features a king size bed, large mirrored wardrobe with plenty of space to store away your luggage.

The second bedroom has two king singles with a freestanding robe.

Both bedrooms have dimmer lights, ceiling fans and electric blankets for the cool winter nights.

All bedding and towels are included in the tariff.

KITCHEN / DINING / LOUNGE
These incredibly popular holiday units have new owners and are now under the management of Bright Holidays. This unit offers spacious open plan living/dining with galley style kitchen. Quality appliances including Bosch oven, Beko dishwasher and Westinghouse refrigerator. Relax in the comfortable couches and watch a DVD or gather around the dining table for a meal with family or friends. All crockery, cutlery and cooking items are provided for your convenience so just stock up at the local supermarket and cook up a feast!

This property has WIFI

Enjoy the ambience and comfort of the slow combustion fire in the cooler months whilst the reverse cycle system can cool you down as the temperature heats up oustide. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

Complimentary Wifi is included in the tariff; access details are included in the property's compendium.

HEATING & COOLING
The lounge features a reverse cycling A/C as well as a slow combustion fireplace for maximum warmth and ambience in winter. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to disperse the hot or cold air depending on the season.

BATHROOM
Large bathroom with shower and bath with separate toilet. Complimentary Molton Brown products are provided for use during your stay; enjoy!

OUTDOORS
Guests have access to secure bike storage so bring your wheels and explore the valley and surrounding trails. The gardens at these units have been admired for many years and continue to be beautifully maintained for your enjoyment regardless of the season.

PET POLICY
The securely fenced area is perfect for your pet to enjoy the holiday with you however please clean up after your dog or a fee will be charged. There is a gate from the yard that leads to the communal area shared by all four properties. NOTE: At NO time can your pet be left alone at the property so please ensure you have someone to dog sit if you plan on heading out.

LAUNDRY
European style laundry with Fisher & Paykel washing machine and Simpson dryer. Please note to use the communal washing line at the rear of Unit 4 whenever possible.

PARKING
On site parking for one vehicle is available with this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage had all the facilities we needed for our stay, including our audio / visual needs. It was off the main road which made it quiet and a short drive from the shopping centre although too far to walk.The township of Bright has at least three eating facilities which allowed the presence of dogs in their outdoor area, which, to us, was a necesssity.We have stayed in cottage 2 twice now and if next year is similar to this year, we may stay there again with no hesitation.

Perhaps just a reminder to owners to double check and clean up after their dogs .Tyntynder remains our favourite dog friendly place to stay

The accommodation was modern, clean and Very central to Bright with a private fully fenced yard and beautiful gardens. The kitchen contained all staple supplies such as oil. It was close to the Ovens river (1 min walk) which was great for exhausting our dog Toby. The gardens were so relaxing and the cottage had everything we needed. Roughly 25 min walk into Bright which again was great to wearing out our dog so he was happy to sit at a picnic table/coffee shop while we had lunch etc. most places in town were happy for our dog to join us. The host also left us some dog treats and a dog toy which was a lovely Suprise (thank you).

A great time of the year to be in that part of the world. The semi attached self contained flat was v. clean, modern, bright, roomy and comfortable - and quiet. A deck out the back overlooking a fenced-in leafy yard was ideal for our dog and a good spot to store the bikes. The river and trails were very close by - a couple of hundred metres down the road. Easy walk/ride to the pub and cafes/shops. On the expensive side but well worth the extra for what we got. We're looking forward to getting back there in autumn.

Awesome Stay with doggies

We had a great relaxing stay. Travelled with two Weat highland terriers who loved the walks by the river and into Bright. Perfect location for a relaxing stay.

Our German Shepherd has plenty of place outside and in and its a short walk to the riverside trail. Unfortunately we couldnt light the fire place this time since there were no firelighters. Otherwise the ameneties are very inclusive and makes the stay comfortable.

The property was clean as usual, unfortunately there was no combination for the wood left. The management attended to this promptly. Our main concern was the lack of wi fi, we could not use our i pads. Very annoying.
