The modern kitchenette is well-appointed with a fridge, range, microwave, toaster oven, and a single-cup coffee maker. It also includes a stylish bar with three stools, plus a separate table for two, perfect for breakfast, remote work, or evening drinks.



Outside, your private porch is furnished with seating for three—an ideal spot to unwind with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private porch and two dedicated off-street parking spaces right outside the door. Easy and convenient!

This walkable neighborhood puts everything at your doorstep—no car needed. However, if you drive, your two off-street parking spots are ready. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful, making it easy to explore the wider city whenever you want.

• Please note our strict cancellation policy - All Cancellations eligible for refund are subject to pay credit card processing fee of 3.8%

• Streaming device provided as opposed to standard cable

• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.

• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.

• Pets are NOT allowed.

• Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.

• EV Charging: Guests have complimentary access to both a standard EV charger and a Tesla charger located at a nearby property—just ask for details after booking.

• Historic Charm: Original brick flooring throughout adds character and nostalgia—but may be uneven in spots. The unit is not wheelchair-accessible, and guests should consider this if mobility is a concern.

• Parking: Two free, reserved off-street spaces are included—rare downtown convenience.
