Semi-attached by double brick walls to the main house without compromising privacy as both houses are separate dwellings. Newly appointed, all mod cons, reverse cycle heating/cooling & a wood fire. Romantic 4 poster queen bed! Kitchenette, dining table, lounge area, leather sofa, large bathroom shower, full bath & toilet. Ample 0ff street Parking/Free Wifi/Netflix. All set in a rural area on 200 acres of farmland. Sleeps 5- Three beds available. Four poster queen bed; single bed with innerspring mattress, double memory foam sofa bed in lounge. Wake up to the sound of nature.

Beautiful cottage farm stay

Fantastic spot to base ourselves to attend a wedding in Geelong and explore the Bellerine Peninsula. Lisa’s place was so peaceful, sweet and well-appointed with everything you need for a short stay. Loved the vintage decor, special touches like fresh fruit and the lovely farm atmosphere.

Great holiday

Cosy attractive cottage on a farm with great surrounds 'away from it all' but only a short distance from various towns and beaches. Very clean with lovely finishing touches and owned by a lovely welcoming couple who are keen to make your stay special. We hope to be back one day.

A Get away form home life

Nice people to stay with very helpful when ask for there was no stove to cook in had a hot plate and microwave so a bit limited with cooking but nice clean and very friendly

Recently stayed as s family of 5, lovely quaint cottage in very tranquil surroundings.

Had a very enjoyable stay, with a master bed to die for. Lisa the host is very accomodating and informative making our time a very pleasant experience. Lisa went above and beyond, I would recommend the property for both a romantic getaway and/or a family stopover. Ideal for a visit to Geelong Adventure Park only a hop, skip and a jump away.

Newly appointed, all mod cons. Reverse cycle aircon & option to light the fire. Romantic WOW factor four poster queen bed! Candles, chocolates, flowers & quality linen supplied. Sleeps 5- Three beds available. Four poster queen bed; single bed with innerspring mattress, double memory foam sofa bed in lounge. Kitchenette has cutlery, plates, glasses & cookware, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster, portable mini electric hotplate, electric slow cooker & electric frypan. Large dining table, lounge area, leather sofa, large bathroom, shower, full bath & toilet. Tea, coffee, sugar & milk provided. Gas & wood BBQs & pergolas for shelter. Extensive gardens areas. We offer a unique blend of country style living on our working beef cattle farm in rural Wallington in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula - 5km from Ocean Grove, 8km Barwon Heads, 19 kms from Geelong & 5 km to local shopping centres/supermarkets. Car is essential for transport.

Fairy Wren Cottage also has a prolific amount of bird-life & you may spot many varieties from parrots to wedge tailed eagles. The night sky is so dark that you can see the stars shine brightly – perfect for stargazers. This is a working beef cattle farm and children must be supervised by an adult.
