No Wifi

The wifi was out the complete time we were there. I was actually not a fun experience for the young adults that I had with me. Young folk don't know how to enjoy themselves without it and the fact that the could not use their video game awhile there.orhwr than that it was a good experience

Girls trip

It was lovely condo, located near everything we wanted to do. I would recommend it. The ceiling fans need some adjustment, noisy but all else was great!

For the price - this place is not the place you want. It didn’t even have matching towels or bedsheets. Very misleading post on line. Older. It was clean but very outdated and expensive for what it was.

Overall it was not a bad condo. Location to everything was great, pool access was nice, having a washer and dryer was nice. The closet linens smelled like they could use a wash. Curtains and decor a little dated. Some negatives I’ll say is your feet would be black off you walked around barefoot inside. That was gross. King bed sinks bad on the middle so two ppl basically have to cuddle all night. There were also a ton of orb weaver spiders all over the stairwell railings and rails and at the front door. They were not small and they do bite but are not poisonous to humans. Some would hide under the hand rails. They are only out at night but a lot of cobwebs on the rails still and in corners and ceiling and all windows. Foosball table was fun but the tops of the pieces fly off constantly when playing. The globe for the living room ceiling fan had to be removed to use the fan because it didn’t fit and the blades would hit it. Overall a decent stay.

Family review

All in all it was a good stay. It is further away then advertised. Or so it seemed. The place was clean, coffee pot inside where you put the water was not. Good for 4 adults and kids. We had 2 teenagers and a 5 year old and the little bed at the bottom of the king bed was great. Patio was really nice with a river view. It was quite! No times of pools posted and couldn’t get ahold of renter. Had to call the front area for the information. They have a ton of rules, not unreasonable. But the fees attached are a bit unreasonable. Turns the price listed to double the amount. With the damage “just in case” and “cleaning fee” you do not get anything back even if things are not damaged.

The apt is well located. It is only on the 2nd floor. they should tell you. They do not do it. a bath was spilling water on the base. There are better ones on the property. I didn't like that one.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was a little run down The steps were rotting away and there were a bunch of brown widows on them. Don't walk barefoot turns your feet black. Bed in the first bedroom felt like it would collapse in the middle. There is a Foosball table in the sunroof but all the heads fly off when u play and a man yelled at us downstairs to be quiet when we played. There were games there but some of the boxes were empty. It was pretty spacious. The river is gorgeous There is a list of amenities but nothing to tell you were they are. Could use a couple more ice trays in the freezer. It was over 104 some days and we had to make ice one tray at a time. Washer and dryer was nice. Location was ok not too fall from the ballpark. Some dishes were still dirty. The dumpster was overflowing the first few days we were there. Parking is very cramped.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo sufficed. It's a bit dated and so there's lots of scuffs on trim/furnishings which gives it dingy/dirty feel. It had been cleaned however. The view of Lake Taneycomo from the screened in porch is blocked by a large tree so that was a bummer. Overall it was fine but doubtful that we'd stay there again for the price. Also, be prepared that it's on the third floor so you have two flights of steps to go up.

Long weekend

The property was right on Lake Taneycomo. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The unit was very nice. We really enjoyed spending time in the sun room.

Plenty of room for the family.

Everything was good with the exception of mattress was not firm mattress like We are usually we like it ,my kids didn’t complain it , just adults. But for all the rest very good.

Beautiful location

Just make sure everyone with you can walk up the steps , with luggage was a little difficult and my mom had to stay somewhere else. Beautiful location able to take a nice walk. Had enough room . Bathrooms all in the bedrooms so person that slept on fold out couch was uncomfortable going into a bedroom to use the bathroom but nothing that was terribly inconvenient. Had plenty of kitchen supplies which was nice.

Great for family of 6! Beautiful views!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the waterfront views! The large jetted bathtubs were a treat. We enjoyed the foos ball table too! The resorts amenities are great, especially the mini golf course.

Reviewer Comments: Overall it is a pretty nice place but there were some small things that I think should be mentioned. The bedroom door would not shut unless you lifted up on the door and jiggled it just right, the blinds were broken in some places and hanging upside down, unfortunately there was a piece of gum stuck to the headrest on the bed, the patio was not quite as nice as it looked in pics but not a bad place by any means, just some small things that I think they should consider. Overall it is a nice place it just feels dated and I'd give it a 7/10 on cleanliness.

Good location, fairly priced and needs some updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall were were happy with our stay but the pictures of the unit make it look a little nicer than it is. The management company was great to work with, allowed us to move our dates at no extra cost and got us checked in a little early too.The location is great, close to the strip but removed from some of the traffic. The community amenities are great with the indoor and outdoor pools and all sorts of games for the kids and family. The unit itself could use a refresh. The sunroom/porch windows are hard to use and have large gaps that let bugs and insects in, the caulking in the tubs needs replaced badly, the toilets don't flush that well, the flooring is worn and there are some lose tiles, etc. The internet was also rather slow.All that said, we would stay there again if the price were right.
