Great property, pool and spa easy to use. Didn't realize about the pool remote until day 2. Shared with the manager about some light switches that need some maintenance, but in general this is a great find in Cape Coral. Right by the Lobster Lady restaurant, which is great.

My wife and I were in town for her birthday and to visit some friends. The house was great, as was the communication with the property managers. Would definitely rent again.

A Wonderful Experience

From rental process to checkout everything went well. That is due to the wealth of information and quick response provided by Bruno and Mary. The house is as advertised, no surprises. Comfortable, spacious, clean and stocked with all the household items needed. The accommodations met all of our needs and all occupants had a relaxing stay. You will be very happy staying at Villa Spain while in Cape Coral!

Great Family Vacation!

This home really helped my family to have a great comfortable vacation together. This home has everything you need to feel at home and for entertaining. The pool was great, the tv's all worked well with Roku and many apps, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hostess was very responsive to any of our questions and that was very important to us. And, the location was very close to some great restaurants and shops! We rented a boat while in town, visited many beaches that were a 15 to 40-minute drive away, and spent a lot of time in the pool! You won't be disappointed with this property.

Relaxing week long getaway

The house was better than expected. We wanted a relaxing getaway and this house was perfect for us. The kitchen was so well equipped, much better than other homes we have rented in the area. We had a minor issue with the water heater and someone was there within 30 minutes and fully addressed the issue. The house was very clean and had little things like games and TV trays to make it feel even more like home. The pool controls were very easy to use and the pool area was very clean as well. Thank you for such a wonderful place to call home for a week, we will definitely be back!

Stay at Villa Spain Cape Coral

With so many illnesses still going around I came armed with loads of disinfectant cleaners. What a pleasant surprise the home was so clean felt comfortable moving in as is. We had a small issue and upon calling Mary it was immediately taken care of. We will be vacationing in Florida again and will look for properties managed by them. We found this property to be nicer than pictures, so all of our surprises were pleasent. Highly recommend

Very welcoming

We loved this home and all it had to offer: fully stocked kitchen, games, books, pool, hot tub, enclosed patio, TVs & Rokus, comfy beds, quiet residential neighborhood, and basic starter necessities (Extra TP, a few laundry & dishwashing detergents, extra towels, coffee filters, seasonings, and some bottled water in the fridge.) Spacious, clean, tidy, modern, well lit, and comfortable. A great place to call home for a week. Tucked away from traffic and noise but still quite a convenient location. Grocery and drug stores, as well as several restaurants, are within a 2-3 min drive. About 30 min from the beach or other tours / attractions. We very much enjoyed our time and appreciated Mary and Bruno for sharing their space with others!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Spain in Cape Coral located we cannot express how delighted we were with our experience! The house itself is beautifully clean and spacious, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. The open layout creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the tasteful decor adds a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning pool area. The sparkling blue water was an absolute invitation for a dip, and we spent countless hours lounging by the poolside soaking up the sun. Service can make or break a vacation, and the service we received from Bruno and Mary from Pretty Cape Homes was exceptional. They provided helpful tips about local attractions and dining options, making it easy for us to explore Cape Coral. The property is as described and as the pictures show. Very clean when we arrived. Contactless check in/check out process was very easy. I was very satisfied with the communication with the property managers. I had texted some questions about minor things with the property and they were answered in a timely manner. Even on a Sunday, I needed to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that were locked in the garage. I texted one of the property managers and the response was quick and I was able to acquire the needed equipment. I would definitely recommend this property for families or multiple couples,

Relaxing Stay

The house performed wonderfully for us. Loved the pool which was heated just right. Could have used more towels and garbage bags, otherwise no big riff. The reclining furniture is a feature that should not be taken for granted- VERY comfortable stay.
