Great neighborhood and close to permanent residency

Only disappointment was the pool heater. Property very nice.

It was very unfortunate the pool heater required repairs We confirm we have immediately installed a new pool heater pump and it is working and the pool is heated for future guest

Best rental we have stayed at yet!

The house was perfect! The pool was so nice. House was clean and tidy. Had everything we need to enjoy our stay comfortably. Will be looking at renting again in the future. Thank you Warren.

Access to Good Golf Courses

The property is within 30 minutes of a half dozen reasonably priced golf courses. The house has four nice bedrooms, a large living room and dining room, and a lanai with plenty of relaxing space.

Our stay

Our stay was good. The lady in the office where you pick up the key was very nice!! Did have alot of spiders but she said she would have it sprayed. Overall good experience.

Property was very nice. The Air conditioner has a hard time during the heat if the day keeping up. But... the pool makes up for that!! Lol.

nice pool not so good AC

overall we enjoyed the property. Nice pool and plenty of space. The air conditioning could not keep pace with the heat. The back bedroom was the worst but none of them were very cool or comfortable. We did go buy fans to move the air around. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would definitely help

Thank you for this information . We are in the process of installing an efficient air-conditioning system in the villa . We were very busy up until now and this will be sorted out before end of August 2023

Family vacation

Beautiful location. Was very dusty lots of dead bugs on window sills. Couple of the sheets had what looked like blood splattered on them we washed for own comfort. The doors to the patio all stick pretty bad pain to open. Wish the safety net was up around but thats okay. Also the alarms at the doors didn’t chime so u knew the doors were opened! Definitely gets hot in there the double rooms tend to be the cool spots that back bedroom is very very hot be prepared! The pool was wonderful peaceful neighborhood layout of the house is perfect child friendly furniture loved the game closet of things to do with the kids big backyard got to see big tortoises in the backyard frogs and tons of lizards outside. I wish the grill was included in the price of the rental. Only big downfall was we lost power twice wish there was sometype of flashlights, candles emergency kit in the house. We used out flashlight on our phones for like 2 hours maybe more it was pitchblack. Pick up and return of keys was super easy!

Regarding your coments Any one visit to Florida known there are more Lizards can be seen all over the state due to the weather we have compaired to any other parts in USA. Regarding Hot in the room. We are facing an unusual weather in Florida last year and we expect to have this for 2024 also. Therefore the rooms which are located far from the aircondition units finding it difficult to cool therefore in this rooms we have fans for Guests to use. This Guests had access to it and they should have used it. In our villa only one room which is not cooling when the temperature reach over 37 dgrees. Our property management are very good in making the linen clean and only use clean ones. they take the effort and pain to do a good job. This can be justifiable from the previous guests remarks and reviews.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. It was clean and exactly as described. The pool was amazing as well. We will definitely be renting this house again.

A Family Home

My husband was all smiles when we walked into this rental. He repeatedly praised my decision on the choice. 4 bedrooms - a King (what we have at home and much appreciated), Queen and 4 twin beds. Split floor plan offered privacy to the master bedroom. The main living room couch was so comfy I fell asleep reading a book. We watched a little TV through the Roku (instructions provided) and watched some Netflix and Amazon Prime through our personal accounts on the provided devices. The pool was used daily by our party and extended family in the area that came to visit. Enough dishwasher pellets and trash bags were provided to get us started. A quick stop at the local grocery and we were comfortable for our entire stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for seeing manatees

Over all a good stay. Beds are VERY firm. Could use cookie sheets/pizza pan in kitchen. Nice pool area. Air conditioning doesn’t keep up ceiling fans would help out tremendously.

I loved the house.

We had a good time. There was something to do in a hour ride. I loved the springs. The pool had a little to much chlorine, but that didn't stop us from swimming. I loved that it was covered. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Sun ....not snow and cold

The house was as described. It continues to need some minor updates, but it also appeared the Warren was in the process of upgrades. We enjoyed the new stove, washer and dishwasher. The living room look like it had recently received a new coat of paint. The management company was very accommodating to our needs and quick response to the repair requests We would strongly consider staying at this property again.

House was exactly as described. Some Minor issues with the property. They were immediately addressed by the owner. When we return to this area we will stay at this property again.

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed this home as it was large enough for our group of 8. There were a few minor things that came. It, but they were taking care of. Good home for gathering!

Summer 2019

Great house and location. Quiet area with very friendly neighbours. Golf was good and easy enough to get to Major towns such as Oralndo, Tampa and Jacksonville. Kayaking with the Manatees is a must!!!

A nice getaway in Florida

The house was large and the layout worked well for our group of four adults. One couple stayed in the master bedroom while the other couple stayed in the large back bedroom. This allowed for plenty of privacy in the evening while sharing the common spaces during the day. The house itself is showing some wear and the kitchen is extremely small but, overall, we were happy with the accommodations. There was a very nice "welcome basket" filled with some basic food items and the refrigerator was stocked with quite a few items as well. This was very much appreciated since we arrived late in the afternoon and didn't have time to shop until the next day. The front office staff was very nice and provided prompt service when needed. We had an issue with the pool heater and it was attended to right away. Unfortunately, we didn't know how long it should take for the water to get warm so we waited a bit longer than we should have to make the call which caused us to miss out on a few days of pool use. We did not take advantage of the discounted golf but we really enjoyed the fitness center access that comes with the house. The fitness center is about 10-15 minutes away but it is worth the drive...very nice! We really only had two complaints with our stay. First, the wifi connection in the house was terrible. The signal was very weak and the speed was extremely slow. It was unusable. After finally locating the cable modem/router under a bed in one of the smaller bedrooms, I realized that the unit is using old 54 mbps wifi technology. I was able to connect directly into the unit with a travel router that I travel with and then the connection was great. It was able to support five devices for the rest of the week with no trouble. Second, the listing on VRBO indicated that there was a DVD player in the house and, in fact, we found two DVD players in the living room near the TV. Unfortunately, neither of them had the correct connections to hook up to the TV. We had brought some DVDs with us planning to watch them but weren't able to. It wasn't a major issue, just a bit annoying. Overall, we had a great time enjoying the house, pool, and nearby towns/attractions. It was a nice getaway from the cold weather in Michigan. We would definitely stay here again if our future plans brought us back to the area.
