Lovely home with large swimming pool in a hip, "Old Vegas", neighborhood. This 3 bedroom home provides comfort everywhere. King room, queen room, twin room and a futon in the game room. You will love lounging around the house, watching the big screen tv's, relaxing at the pool, and enjoying the immaculate private yard. Spacious kitchen and dining room or cook out on the large, fully equipped patio.

The neighborhood is very walk friendly with a nearby park that offers a running track, workout stations, and tennis and racquetball courts. 2.5 miles to the Las Vegas Strip, Freemont Street, and the Outlet Mall. Grocery store and local restaurants, bars, and casinos are also close by. You'll love the location!

Simply Awesome

Very nice safe, clean neighborhood with well-kept yards. Close to both Downtown and the Strip as well as the airport. The property is well taken care of and very relaxing

Great location, close to everything, very nice neighborhood

I stayed here for 2 months while house shopping and could not have been happier with my choice. Carrie's house is close to everything: the Strip, Freemont Street and downtown, Summerlin, Red Rock, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, parks, etc. The neighborhood is great, very quiet, safe and friendly, lots of folks out walking dogs. As for the house, it has all the amenities you need, plus a great recreation room with mini shuffleboard, a bar, and a large flat screen tv. Did I mention the huge pool? Definitely handy in the desert. I did not have any problems during my stay and highly recommend it for anyone coming to Las Vegas.

A hidden gem

My wife and I stayed here for the month of January. The house is located in a quaint 1960s neighborhood of Las Vegas. We felt completely safe walking the dogs any time of day or night and found all the neighbors to be nice. The location is is convenient from all things Vegas. There is a good size pool, although it was to cool in January to use. We would stay here again.

Was so impressed with my stay that I will be returning next year. Very private location, quiet, convenient for everything I love to do. Not far from Red Rock ... House very comfortable, not like your normal rental property. 10 out of 10. Owner superb too!

Cozy, Clean, Comfy pet friendly pool home very close to strip

Carrie is great and was very responsive and detailed with her instructions. The home was perfect for our needs. Stayed a few months while looking for our new home to buy (relocated from California). The back yard pool is awesome along with a yard perfect for our pups. Neighborhood felt safe, and alarm available for use if tenants would like it. Uber/Lyft only an $8-$12 ride to downtown or strip. Always available within 1-3 minutes.Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful Rental With Great Location In Las Vegas

Nice house. Charming. Great location. Great neighborhood. Minutes from the Strip. Even closer to Palace Station, which is a nice sized "locals" casino. Yet closer (maybe 1/2 mile) to a strip mall that has good restaurants(great Italian/pizza, Thai, bagel place, subs place, tacos, and of course Starbucks), full size grocery (Smith's/Kroger), jewelry/watch repair, shoe repair, UPS, and Urgent Care. Loved the pizza and subs at the Italian place. Other eating places such as Landry's and In and Out Burger are near by. Nice, large pool and back yard area is sensational. House is equipped fine. Dated kitchen and bathrooms, though there is a jetted tub, are ok since it is only a rental. Our bull dog was fine there and had grass in the back yard for her business. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it. If you don't need to stay on the strip, much more affordable than almost any other options

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood and super close to the strip

I have rented a few Vegas homes and this one was my favorite. No bugs, good tvs, amazing pool, stocked with kitchen tools you will need, has an alarm system, very clean and organized, comfy beds, big bathtub, 6 dollar Uber ride to strip, quiet neighborhood, secure and fun yard for the dogs, a garage to park in. And on top of all that the owner is super helpful and easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful vacation home!

This property is beautifully decorated, and I love to sit in the living room in the afternoon and relax in the sun coming in from the patio. The house is charming, and is located in a quiet but fun neighborhood. The location is very convenient to lots of fun activities on the strip and downtown, but I also enjoyed just being at the house and walking around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and centrally located home!

We enjoyed staying at this spacious, tastefully decorated home that is so close to the Strip, airport, Chinatown, and Fremont Street. The owner is very responsible and congenial. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

What a place!!!!

A great find off the strip in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities of a great hotel. The pool is perfect and the house is a comfortable oasis. It's close to the strip and good restaurants. The neighborhood is great for an early morning walk. We loved our girls weekend here!! Will stay here again.

Five stars!! This is a wonderful property, perfect for my recent girls getaway. Heavenly beds, comfortable seating areas and a great neighborhood, especially for walkers. Easy access to Las Vegas attractions and nightlife. My only regret is it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool. Next time!! Carrie was super accommodating and even helped with airport transportation. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful experience! It was very spacious,and comfy. Sitting outside enjoying the sunshine is a treat. Lovely landscaping and a great walking neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and the strip. Kitchen is great.

Loved It

This was a great alternative to the casinos. A private pool beats the heck out of being stacked up at the loud casino pool. The house had everything we needed...and more; there is a shuffleboard table! That was a lot of fun. For location, it's close to the strip and many restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. My dog was welcomed and loved the nearby park. I'll stay here again!

Vacation Oasis

What a wonderful, relaxing experience! Just far enough off the strip to forget you were in the party capital of the world, but close enough that you could still be in the thick of things within minutes! The accommodations are spacious and welcoming, with updated decor and many added pluses, like a beautiful outdoor living space beside the in-ground pool, a great entertaining space with a bar and shuffleboard table, a comfortable common room, and a two car garage. This place is a fantastic alternative for a great vacation! Vegas when we wanted, luxurious haven when we didn't! Highly recommend it!
