Situated 90 minutes from Boston, our Sunapee Four Season Getaway offers anything you and your group needs whether you are looking for relaxation, activity or a mix of both. Our modern and charming home offers 2 acres of private space and the enormous backyard extends to a forest preserve (Don't miss fall foliage) overlooking Mount Sunapee.

Inside we have plenty of space and hand selected furnishings to accommodate families/ groups of up to 14. he space After renting vacation homes across New England for over 10 years, we decided to create what we thought would be the perfect four season getaway for our family as well as guests who want to rent it. We spent time curating the most important offerings like brand new memory foam mattresses, down comforters with duvet covers and high quality sheets and towels, comfortable lounging furniture, central AC, as well as modern entertainment options and a fully stocked kitchen for up to 14 people.

Feel free to utilize the two car garage and large driveway to park plenty of guest vehicles. Guest access the entire house and property is yours. All of the amenities you find are for you to use. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea, oil, spices, condiments, pots and pans, instapot, crock pot, food processor, waffle maker, toaster oven, traditional, French press and Keurig coffee makers, juicer, mixing bowls, baking sheets and much much more. All bathrooms are housed with hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as a stock of premium toilet paper. The back patio has a Weber propane grill, tables, umbrellas and seating for 14 and our 7 person hot tub.

We have a large assortment of lawn games including corn hole, ladder ball, spike ball, can-jam, bocce and badminton. Indoors we have a shuffleboard and foosball, 4 Smart TVs, X-Men and NFL Blitz arcade games, Xbox and video Games, and a variety of books and board games for all ages. For families with children, we have all sorts of amenities including a crib, stroller, pack and play, crib sheets, jumperoo exersaucer, bottle warmer, baby bath tub, bouncer seat and lots of toys and books.

Interaction with guests: We provide keyless entry into our vacation home with a smart keypad lock so you do not need to make any special arrangements to pick up keys. Leading up to your rental we will send instructions on how to enter. While we want to leave you and your group to yourselves, we are always available for any need or question you may have via the VRBO app our or cell phones.
