This freestanding luxury villa has a breathtaking panoramic view over the coastline of the Costa Brava and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea with ists numerous idyllic little bays and beaches and green forests. This luxurious and functional villa with its light and modern atmosphere is situated on a dead end in a very quiet urbanisation, there is a enough space to park your car. The distance to the beach is just 2000 meters. The entrance to the villa is just 4 steps below the street level. On this floor you find a very big living room with seating and dining area, an open fire and satellite flat TV for your use. The living room is joined to a big terrace with ist magnificent view over the green hills and the Mediterranean. An impressive kitchen with all modern facilities is also located on this floor. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom. The villa has 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each, one bedroom ist with a sofabed. All the bedrooms have a fantastic view over the sea and the surroundings. You have to your disposal a designed garden. On the big terrace around the unique private cascade pool there are ample sun beds and parasols, here you can fully enjoy the sun and outdoor life in Spain.
