Just under an hour and a half drive from Central London our boutique beach house is situated in the UK’s wind surfing capital. A luxury 3 bedroom house (sleeps up to 6) that offers easy living in the gated private Marineside Estate is available for holidays all year round. You’ll find this undiscovered gem of a property in Bracklesham Bay, 7 miles south of Chichester and within easy reach of the wonderful South Downs and historic Goodwood.

The light and spacious accommodation comes with all mod cons and is arranged over four floors with a top floor family bathroom and ground floor shower room. The airy lounge with views to the sea opens out onto a large front balcony – just right for sunbathing or watching the sun setting over the Isle of Wight. The dining room also boasts a large back balcony overlooking the courtyard garden, well placed for catching the early morning sun and eating al fresco.


The entire Marineside development is extremely child friendly and there is a large grass area to the front of the property perfect for the kids and in full view of the front balcony for sunbathing parents.
