This beautiful 2 level unit with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft has everything to make your stay in Mammoth perfect! Unit 40 a spacious property with high ceilings in the open living and dining areas, and in the upstairs loft, creating a nice relaxing, open atmosphere.

Bed Arrangement: Master bedroom: Queen bed, Second bedroom: Queen size bed, loft has a queen size pull out sofa bed, Loft extension: 3 sets of bunk beds that can sleep 6 people!

Television and other consoles: Master bedroom has a new flat screen TV; Loft has a great home theater entertainment system, and a tape and CD player. Note, the owner is aware of the living room sofa. He is hoping to get it reupholstered soon.

Unit Amenities: Wood burning fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit available for use!

Maximum Occupancy: This unit can sleep a maximum of 10 people

Views: A wonderful view of the Sherwin mountains. Also looks up Lakeview Blvd in the direction of Canyon Lodge.

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

On site amenities: The premises has 6 jacuzzis and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with bbq area!

Affordable and Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Itā€™s in a good location, close to the village and activities. However, the state of the unit needs repair. We were only provided with 1 small fan and it was very hot weekend. We ended buying fans from local store. The windows need screens to bring in cool air without bugs entering the unit. Overall, for the rate, itā€™s an affordable unit. The stairs however is not safe for small kids. The railings are wide. Also, be prepared that itā€™s at the 4th floor without an elevator. The property management was nice enough to allow us to check in early. The unit seemed dusty, possibly due to all the carpet and the provided blankets but overall, the main area was clean. The carpet in the bunk room needs to be replaced or repaired that may result to someone accidentally stepping on staples. They did provide many heaters but we stayed in summer so it was very hot. May be a good spot for winter stay.

Great location within walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the highlight was the customer service. We had to reschedule twice due to massive weather conditions and they made it so easy.

Master shower was updated and master bed comfy. Love the complex and the on-site manager. Would stay in complex again but in different unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the place appeared to be clean. But the loft upstairs had several comforters with blood on them. We spent our first night washing all comforters and blankets. The downstairs bedroom appeared to have dried blood stains on the carpet...didnā€™t look like it was even attempted to be cleaned. The refrigerator was not cool at all. We had to purchase ice to keep our food on our chests. The couch had crumbs and toy pieces in it.Community was nice people were nice but I feel it was a lot of money spent to stay in a place I didnā€™t feel was very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 8 of us in the group and there was plenty of room for everyone. Two bedrooms with private full bathrooms are downstairs. The loft and the entertainment area share one full bathroom are upstairs. The decor inside is nice and quaint. Furniture can use an upgrade since itā€™s a bit worn/old. But honestly we didnā€™t even sit on the couch for more than 30 minutes the entire week we were there. Kitchen is fully equipped. Stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher worked great. It was nice to be able to cook up quick and healthy meals on your vacation. The indoor washer and dryer is a huge plus! We needed dry clean socks and mittens for the kids each morning before heading out to snowboard! Itā€™s walking distance to Canyon Lodge but after trying to walk up the hill with ski and snowboards in tow the first day, we told ourselves not to try that again. Over all, itā€™s a great place to stay for the location and ease of rental procedure ( contactless key pick up and drop off).

Great cabin with a very friend management staff

The cabin was extremely roomy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Plenty of parking on-site. Close to the slopes and the downtown area. The only downside was the showers did not get very hot. I believe management staff may have already fixed this. Overall; a great experience!!!

Mammoth trip

Condo was great , roomy and very nice . All positive and 2 negatives that werenā€™t too big of a deal . Trash bags were too weak and twice broke and spilled contents in stairwell but luckily my friend who is a contractor had some heavy duty bags and problem was solved . Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others and would definitely stay there again . Thanks, Sebastian
