Silver Shores 4 | South Island Condo, Near Beach!

Silver Shores 4 is located just 3/4 of a block from Tybee`s main beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier and more. This condo features all new furnishings and has all modern amenities and is a great vacation option for couples getaways and small families.

The living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a 32inch flat-screen TV, DVD, iPod Dock with CD Player and access to the furnished private balcony. The kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless appliances. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, an attached private bath, and access to the balcony. The guest room has a queen-size bed and an attached bath. There is a stacked washer and dryer and WIFI for your convenience.

Silver Shores #4 is a corner unit located on the lower level. Reserved parking for 2 cars (over-sized SUV`s and trucks may not fit in the garage). Handicap friendly (elevator in the building - not ADA compliant).

HOUSEKEEPING: Cleanliness has always been a top priority. The TVR housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices focusing on sanitization, disinfection, and proven cleaning protocols at all times for the safety of our guests and employees.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Great location, nice condo!

This condo was in a great location, very short walk to the beach. It was also clean, decorated nicely and felt like a home. We had 6 people staying here comfortably and it was great to have parking that close to beach, especially since it was a busy holiday weekend with hardly any parking on the island. The only thing I suggest is to possibly get a softer mattress for the king bedroom, it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a great condo and highly recommend.

The unit was dirtier than expected. Said sleeps 6 but no linens for the pull out couch. The dryer was broken so we were unable to do any laundry. Great location and walking distance to shopping and the pier which was amazing.

Fantastic Value

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our unit. Just a short walk to the beach with our two toddlers in a beach wagon. Closest beach access was 17th street and it's such a nice quiet beach location on the south end of Tybee but still close to the pier. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels. Everything was very accessible and we all had an amazing time cooking in the kitchen and spending time on the balcony. Our only recommendation would be to install a secondary dead bolt lock on the front door in addition to pad lock. Our two year old figured out she could open the door and walk out by herself. Other than that, it was a very quiet and safe location. We'll be back!!!

No internet!

No,inter net or tv at all first night. Had to be at condo at 10 to meet a guy to install modem whe I'm on vacation. He never hooked the internet up and just left without saying anything. I was told the manager would be in touch with me and I never heard anything back.

We are terribly sorry you had this experience with your internet and TV during your stay. Unfortunately, the cable equipment failed and new equipment was obtained from the service provider. Our techs were able to install the new modem the next day. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

Nice condo, bad neighbor

The condo is nice and has all of amenities you could want for a vacation. Close to the beach, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Other than the pretty badly stained carpet and stained couch it was beautifully decorated as well. We had to end our trip a whole day early and go stay at a hotel due to the neighbors. They locked two dogs in their kennel on their balcony 24/7 leading the dogs to bark 24/7. We did call the non emergency police line as we were advised to do, but they can only do so much. In an effort to have one last good day and night of vacation we checked out and finally got some rest. Not the fault of our condo, but it ruined our time spent at the condo.

Served its purpose

We wanted a place to stay on Tybee that had easy access to the beach and close to town. This definitely serves its purpose. It was about 600 steps according to my fit bit. The condo was comfortable but not posh, which was fine for us. Slight issue with shower rod and curtain rod falling but minor. We felt like the fridge was not cooling, when we reported it, they came and fixed it promptly. It was as described. We would rent it again. MG

Wow! We had a great time. Silver Shores 4 is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It is such an easy walk to restaurants and the pier. We spent hours enjoying the breeze from the Tybee pier, and talking with some local families fishing. Everyone was so welcoming. The picture is at sunset from the pier. It was nice to take a leisurely stroll back to 'our' condo. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Had another great visit to Tybee staying at Silver Shores. This is my second time staying there. The condo is great, close to everything, easy parking near the beach and many restaurants and shops. They only issue, if you could call it one was the WiFi access didn’t work. I am certain if we had called the office it would have been quickly resolved, but we used it as an excuse to unplug.

The condo was as described. The owner(s) have done a wonderful job of making the place cozy. Great location was a major plus too! Now the but... the coffee pot was disgusting (when I ran my finger through the filter it was black)! Hair was all on the sheets in the master bedroom, and the shower curtain would not stay up in the master bathroom (even fell on my 7 year old’s head)! I called the number to the office and requested a repair, but they never showed up!
