Duplex is located at end of residential street two minutes off of I40. Park in private drive, shared only with tenant on other side of duplex. Parking is ten foot from front door. Duplex has grass front and back yards, with backyard having a wood privacy fence. The enclosed backyard has a small covered patio with a gas fire pit, four outdoor chairs and accent lights to provide a great outdoor atmosphere that is completely private. The backyard also has a full size gas grill for your use. Inside the duplex the living room has a tv with several stations available and a DVD player with a moderate selection of movies available. A brick corner wood burning fireplace is the main setting for the living room. Firewood is provided for you at no extra cost. A full size Lazy Boy recliner, full size couch with two end tables provide comfortable seating. Kitchen area has a bar that open up to the living room, Kitchen has cook stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Cookware is plentiful and includes new modern pieces. A variety of glasses and dishes are available from small plastic juice glasses to elegant goblets. A variety of single serve condiments of sugar, salt and pepper, sweet n low, liquid creamer, ketchup and mustard are provided. You can choose between single serve to full pots of coffee, with kcups, filters and coffee provided. Bottled water is stocked. Enjoy your meals at our full-size wooden bar height table that offers a leaf option. A full size washer and dryer are located in nook in hallway. Detergent, bleach, softener and dryer sheets are provided. Front bathroom is accessible from hallway or from bedroom entrance and has a tub with shower. The bedroom that this bath opens to has a king size bed, chest of drawers and two night stands. A small walk in closet provides more than ample room to hang clothes or store luggage. An iron and small ironing board are stored in this closet for your use. This room has a ceiling fan. Across the hall is second bedroom with a private bath that has a modern travertine tile shower. The bedroom has a mirrored dresser, queen size bed with night stand and a upholstered chair. A nice size closet including shelf, with bifold doors provides the storage for second bedroom. French doors in second bedroom open to the backyard patio area.
