Enjoy this mountain home and the beauties that surround it. Outdoor activities year round are at your fingertips. Visit Cedar Breaks National Monuments, Navajo Lake, Panguitch Lake, and Brian Head Ski and Summer resort. Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon are close by for more breath-taking sights and activities.

Nearby, Mammoth caves, the Ice caves, and Cascade Springs are fun outings and sights to see.

Drive right up to the front door. There are few steps up onto a 3/4 wrap-around porch with outdoor picnic tables and grill. Play horseshoes off to the side of the house. Nice entry with spacious living area. User friendly kitchen with large table that expands to seat 12. There is a bar that seats 4. Plenty of cupboard space and a pantry with all the cooking items you would need. Dishes and silverware also provided. A master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor with an attached bathroom. 2 king-sized bedrooms are located in the basement. Both rooms have large walk-in closets. A ping-pong table and foosball table are among the entertainment.

The upper floor has two bedrooms. One room has two twin trundle beds. The other room has a queen bed and three twin beds. Both rooms have a TV that only plays DVD's. There is a bathroom and a small loft area with a card table in between the rooms.
