Relaxing Home in Quiet Neighborhood (2 miles from Big House; Family Friendly)

Welcome to our home! The house is located up away from the road and backs up to a small wooded area. Come and enjoy our beautiful sunroom with a view of lush greenery and a variety of wildlife.

Located exactly 2 miles from the Big House, this is a perfect place to come and relax with your family for the weekend. We are located close to grocery stores and many restaurants; walking distance to Trader Joe's (.3 miles) and just a short distance to Whole Foods (1.1 miles).

Upon entering the house from the front door, you will see our open and expansive main living space with the kitchen, living room and dining room right in front of you. Our newly remodeled kitchen complete with cooking supplies will serve all of your culinary needs. There is seating for 6 people at the dining room table and 3 at the counter. The table in the sunroom can seat another 6 people.

All of the bedrooms and full bath are clustered together in a short hallway close to the main living space. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed; bedroom 2 has a queen and a full size (right next to each other); bedroom 3 has a single and a crib, and bedroom 4 has a king size bed (bathroom attached, with outside bathroom door leading to kitchen area). Beds in bedroom 2 and 3 are on the floor (or boxspring). A queen size air mattress fits downstairs in our downstairs living room (half bathroom located downstairs through the laundry room) and the sunroom has a couch that converts into a bed also (note that the sunroom does not have shades).

The TV in the living room has Roku with Netflix, YouTube Live, and Disney+, along with a DVD player. We have high speed Wi-Fi for your use.

For summer guests, we do not have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in 3 of the bedrooms which keeps the temperature comfortable.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a party house and we have a minimum renter age of 30 (copy of driver's license is required). Also, because this is our primary residence, the main shelves of the fridge and freezer will be empty, but there will be some items on the smaller side shelves (condiments, etc.) that you are welcome to use!
