The villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea in all its explosive beauty. Great property with an incredible view

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed our visit. We however find the full time maid to be unnecessary and somewhat intrusive on our family time.

Great Family Trip

Amazing main room both in size and the view of the ocean. Four very nice bedrooms situated around the main room. The daytime maid was a great extra feature.

Excellent Property and Amenities

We had a fantastic stay at Oceanfront Villas Caleton - Cap Cana Villas. The listing was as advertised. Beautiful views of the ocean. Access to the resort beach and pool was so nice! We hired a chef (Chef Vincent) for a few days and the food was excellent. Marisol took care of everything around the house every day and was not obtrusive in any way! Ingrid was easy to work with, communicated often going into our week and was so nice to work with. We would definitely recommend this for a place to stay in Punta Cana.

Amazing stay with perfect location

We had the absolute most amazing time at this Villa. We can't express enough how great the location is- the pool overlooks the ocean and is less than a 5 min walk to the Eden Roc Beach Club that has 2 gorgeous pools and a private enclave of beach. As a guest you have free access to the Eden Roc amenities but the privacy and larger space of the villa. You also have access to 2 golf carts that allow you to explore the 30,000 acres of Cap Cana which is very safe. The daily house keeping was also very much appreciated with our 3 kids under 5. Ingrid was very helpful in helping us find a chef to help with our meals and a nanny who was also very helpful. We can't wait to return!

Paradise!

We have stayed in the Cap Cana area many times. We chose this Villa due to the access granted to the Eden Roc Beach Club and easy access to golf at Punta Espada. The view from the villa is breathtaking and Eden Roc is a short walk across the 16th fairway. The maid continuously cleaned and even offered to do our laundry during our stay. She was amazing! Each room was spacious with walk-in closets and great showers. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well and kept us very comfortable when we needed to take a break from the heat. The little neighborhood of private villas was very safe and quiet. We had no hesitation to leave the doors unlocked and took many walks around the area. The villa would be great for large families. We intend to bring friends and family back in the future to show them the beauty of Caleton 12 and the Dominican Republic! Thanks to Ingrid and Yesy with Palms & Villas. They were always available to answer questions and assist us during our stay.

Our Villa Experience

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and golf course. We thoroughly enjoyed the scenery and the relaxing atmosphere. The villa’s proximity to the beach club and the use of two golf carts made our stay even better.While our experience was mostly positive, there were a few areas for improvement. We noticed some deferred maintenance, such as faucets and damaged chairs. We had high expectations for the chef based on reviews of neighboring villas, but unfortunately, this was not our experience. Our menus and shopping lists were not followed, and communication was difficult due to a language barrier. Despite using translation apps, allergies were not properly accommodated, and meals were often a surprise. While we appreciated the effort, the meals were prepared hours in advance, leading to overcooked food. Since the chef stays on-site, there were times we felt we were encroaching on his space and didn’t have full access to our food or snacks.The daily laundry service and cleaning were a big plus for our young family. The villa provides shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers, beach towels, and even a crib and highchair, which made packing easier.Despite these minor setbacks, the location and views were exceptional, and we made many wonderful memories.

Great location… poorly managed!

First of all let me start off by saying that the location is great with Ocean view. And it’s very close to the Eden rock Beach club which is fantastic. Unfortunately week arrived when there was red seaweed and therefore the beach was in accessible. The house itself What is unique in that the living room dining room sitting room and kitchen are all in a giant Palapa which is open and not closed this is something that we did not recognize when we first reviewed the listing. Then there are four smaller Palapas where the bedrooms are at which are air-conditioned. However the main area is not air-conditioned. The property management company did not show us much upon our arrival did not give us much information nor where there Any type of book or information on emergency numbers where we could get a taxi groceries etc. we just were opened the door showing the house very quickly and that was it. We had requested privacy during our stay and every day a maid would show up and I would have to call the property owner to have her asked me to leave. And to top that off on our first day the neighbors next-door are doing major construction and I had to go next-door to ask them to stop working and try to get the property management to help but to no avail. Finally I lost it and had them bring the main engineer to my house and was able to get him to agree to stop his construction work for my eight day stay. The last thing we wanted was hearing them banging and using construction material during our quiet family vacation which was supposed to be relaxing. We asked for a personal chef to come in and cook for us one night some local Dominican cuisine which was very disappointing to say the least based on other past experiences in other Caribbean islands with private chefs. Other than those items the pool was great we were able to enjoy ourselves and as I mentioned earlier the location was perfect. There definitely are some things that need to be fixed around the house to make it perfect but overall I give this location three stars

House Keeper did a fabulous job. If you are looking for a chef to cook for you call Nicole Vinas (Buffet Bake & More) 1-849-854-8156. She put together some unbelievable breakfast and lunch menus.

Caleton 12

the property manager was helpful and quick to get back with us before and throughout our stay. The house was in one of the best locations, and we enjoyed the big views of the ocean and golf course. The property is very private and it feels like you don't even have neighbours. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the beds are great. I didn't like my pillow but that is a minor thing. We loved riding around and going to the beach with the provided golf cart. The pool at the house is very private and larger than the pictures showed. The grill was nice, and double fridge nice for bigger group. We did not rent a car and no need as a taxi will get you to all the main attractions for 3 dollars. The Edon Roc resort next door has delicious restaurants, and the beach there is amazing. We felt that the whole Cap Cana area felt very safe.
