It's extended dimensions and beveled backing make it an irresistible feature in a space where an open-concept floor plan allows rooms to blend into one another seamlessly and floor to ceiling windows provide the perfect amount of natural light flow. The sofa sits on top of a plush and modern gray area rug that also supports two gorgeous leather armchairs snuggled around a central glass coffee table. When it's time to enjoy a movie night in, do so by taking advantage of the large flat-screen television mounted on the wall opposite the sofa.

The kitchen opens to the right of the living room and invites customers to come and cook something savory to their benefit using ample storage room, stainless steel equipment and lovely countertops. Enjoy a delicious dish from the comfort of a two-person dining room table that also sits in the kitchen corner and overlooks the living room.

This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
