Beautiful cabin with great views! Realistic to pics and description. Easy roads to get there, close location to Dollywood and restaurants. Would love to stay again when in the area. Owner was the absolute best with communication before and during stay.

Nice Setting

The cabin is very nice and spacious. My only suggestion is to improve the lighting in the kitchen. The internet is pretty much non-existent and good for some light web browsing. There is decent cell phone coverage for Verizon and T-Mobile.

The property was as described/pictures showed. It was close to shopping, grocery, pharmacy, things to do with the family. It was our first time at this location and we loved it. We even seen wildlife right off our back deck.

Family trip

My husband, myself, our 3 children and daughter in law and 3 grand children stayed here while visiting the aquarium and Dollywood before my youngest goes off to college. It was a really nice place to stay. it fit everyone one nicely. The game room was a big hit. It was big enough for us all to gather in the living room and eat at the table. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Place to Relax

A wonderful place to get away for a long weekend. Beautiful views. Convenient location to be able to get to all our destinations with ease. Had a little difficulty getting the access codes I needed and I’m not sure if that was a Google firewall issue or just an error somewhere, but VBRO and the owner of the property were very helpful and understanding in resolving the issue quickly. A much needed relaxing stay for all.

Cabin Gem

It was a great stay! Nice layout! Good views for sunrise! Plenty of space to spread out. Suggestions for improvement: would be nice to have more bath towel available with 8 of us and as hot as it was, only 10 towels was not very good. Living room furniture is showing a lot of wear. 1 roll of paper towel and no kleenex was disappointing. Was warm at night since A/C cant go lower, but we all survived and had a great vacation! Cabin was pretty clean but window seals were dusty and had dead bugs. None of this stopped us from enjoying our stay. Easy in and out and quiet at night! Overall a nice stay!

Relaxing

It was pleasant. My only suggestion is to have lights near the outdoor hottub and to have house keeper to move the radio when cleaning because we found a huge spider that's been there for awhile.

Nice, roomy older cabin

overall matched well as posted, the kitchen was a little lacking of standard items. No oven mitts or cookie sheets but overall would use again

Great Location

We enjoyed our time at this cabin! It is pretty large, and loved that there were 4 king beds! We went in the spring and could see the mountains due to the trees not having leaves on them yet during a morning sunrise! My boys loved the pool table and arcade games. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of pillows available. Kitchen was fully stocked, and towels in every bathroom. Just some additional information for those with kiddos- -the fireplace has sharp stone corners in the living room- the stairs leading to the lower level are steep and narrow ( I had to hold onto the rail and wall to navigate up and down) Suggestions to the owners: - please get new bathroom rugs, and living room rugs as they are matted and paper thin and dirty. - please check the hair dryers on the walls as 2 of them did not work. Thankfully I brought my own, but this could of been an issue for others. - please fix the dryer as it did not work for us. Thankfully I tested it out before putting a load in the washer, but that could of been a huge issue as well, and was inconvenient for us since we like to do laundry before returning home. - please clean out the window sills and clean the main living room windows more often. It was hot for a day while we were there and we were unable to open some windows due to them having hundreds of dead/alive beetles laying in the window sill. -please put a light in the entry way porch as it gets incredibly dark at night and is hard to see especially for older parents who need it for navigation. Overall, great cabin and we enjoyed it! I would however look for something more updated for the cost associated with this cabin.

Great proximity to activities

Close to Dollywood and all activities in Pigeon Forge. We had a difficult time getting the gate/property code and contacting someone with property management due to no contact for the host and lack of strong cellular connection in the location. Otherwise, the property was exactly pictured and advertised. Plenty of space for our family. Do note that stairs are steep. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are in the basement, so consider that if you have guests who may struggle with stairs. We enjoyed our stay overall. Very comfortable couches and plenty of seating in living areas. Was a lovely family trip.

Nice getaway

Cabin was nice! Community pool was closed for repairs. No biggie. Plenty of other things to do. Paul was super easy to communicate with and he did so in a timely manner. Location is great. Especially if you plan on visiting Dollywood as it’s very close in proximity. My recommendation or feedback would be to replace the cookware. It’s nice it was provided but for me it was useless. Scratched and rusted teflon pans. We actually bought a griddle from Kroger to cook everything. Otherwise would stay again!

Wouldn't stay again but we made it work

Our family of 8 stayed here, 6 adults and 2 teens. We found it comfortable, with plush leather seating upstairs and a generally cozy setting. There were oversights by the hosts here and there. For example, the porch light didn't function, making our mother's ascent up the dark 2 steps precarious. Various lamp bulbs had also blown, without a spare in a nearby cupboard. There was no hand soap available in the kitchen area. The mattresses were particularly chincy(which I found the hardest to overlook) and the wall decor indicated it hadn't been touched since the 90's.These oversights notwithstanding, we had fun there and I think everyone enjoyed the pool table, game machines and chance to be together.

Nice cabin and great location

Very nice cabin, with great play room. We really enjoyed the arcades, it was blast from the past for the big boys! Cabin is in great location.

Amazing Location and Great Space

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Loved how close things were but still a bit out for great views. We did have just a few recommendations like fixing the fireplaces and the dryer. Just a little extra cleaning in the bedrooms would be nice but great stay! Would Recommend!!!

Good cabin

Good cabin! Clean and convenient. Light bulbs need replacing with brighter bulbs. Need more comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location & 3 king beds

House was conveniently located close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. House also offered 3 king beds which I didn't find with many other rentals.

Knapp vacation 2023

We really like this area. This is our second stay at this cabin easy to get into quiet and relaxing. I love the fact that I can see wildlife and actually got a picture of a bear this time I love the easy access to and from town.
