Amazing Stay!

This was a great house to rent with a large group of people! The backyard with the pool was a favorite spot to hang out when we were not bopping around downtown on Broadway. An added plus was the proximity to downtown, just a quick uber ride back and forth. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Nash bash 50th birthdays

We had an amazing stay at Tim and Kim's home. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor entertainment area where we spent most of our time if we werent downtown. We met Tim the owner and he was a lovely guy along with his son Montrel. There was 7 of us girls and 5 of us were celebrating our 50th birthdays. We can't say enough great things about this property. Its been weeks since we were there and we are all still talking about how much fun we had there. We definitely want to come back.

Love, love, loved our stay!!!!

Girls strip was a success! This home was lovely, roomy, clean and had necessities to make a quick breakfast. Beautiful home near Broadways and some great restaurants. Recommend Edley’s BBQ for some delicious BBQ or El Fuefo for Mexican food. Host was super kind and responded quickly. Thank you!!!

Awesome place

Was perfect for our boys weekend. Only thing I would recommend is to replace the pool sticks. All were warped or missing the queue. That was the main reason we picked the location.

Downtown right down the road

We spent our 20 year anniversary here with friends. The location was amazing with easy access to DT. The home was clean and well maintained. Working with the owner was great. Showed up at the property a bit early, but her father was there to greet us and let us in. The pool was awesome and the majority of the day.

Great place! Great Location! Great time!

Our stay in this home was great! It was very clean and up to date. Very comfortable and spacious as well. There were issues with the guest contact information not being accurate and phone number going straight to voicemail multiple times. However, we were able to reach out to Kim who gave us new contact information and was very attentive and responsive for our trip. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Husband Birthday Celebration

The house was beautiful Kim and Tim were very pleasant there was a little water in one of the bathrooms they came over right away to take care of it My sister couldn’t sleep without TV in the room she was staying in his wife brought TV over to over to put in the room Professional Loving Helpful people we definitely will come and stay again 5 Star

Great house!

We just returned from a Nashville Girls Trip and had THE BEST TIME!! We had 10 ladies who were ready to both relax and have some fun, and this house was perfect for us!! The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, cookware, pots and pans, etc. The air conditioning worked like a charm! There is a covered porch out back on both levels that was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying our morning coffee. The most impressive thing about the inside of the home was that, even with 10 girls showering one right after the other in 3 separate showers, we NEVER ran out of hot water!! The house was beautifully cleaned and well taken care of when we arrived.Now for the backyard...It was PERFECT! The pool itself was beautiful and clean. There are lay-down chairs and other chairs around a patio table. Attached to the pool area is the most charming covered sitting area! It has couches, another patio set, even a fireplace and TV! There were yard games, pool rings, bug spray, an inflatables pump and a bluetooth speaker available to us.The location was great too! We were a 10-15 minute Lyft ride to downtown. Right down the road is the entrance to a really great paved path and trail that leads to some amazing views and a park about 1.5 miles away. We went for runs and walks on the trails every day.I had a couple questions before our trip and the owner was very responsive to my emails. I would definitely recommend this place for your next group or large family trip! It was perfect!

Beautiful home but noisy

First off the house is absolutely gorgeous and located in a great area with everything close by. The only problem we had which we should have been notified beforehand was there was a party/event 50-75 people attending right next door to include a DJ. We had been gone all day and were excited to come home to relax and take a swim. When we arrived there were cars everywhere and the music could be heard from over a block away. We notified the property manager however she was at the event. We asked them to turn down the music and they did for about 10 minutes but the blaring noise continued until after 11:00 p.m. And recreational smoke came in thru our closed windows and doors til after 1:00 a.m. As an asthmatic this was very hard for me to breathe not only that night but the next day. We weren't really sure what to do - with the property manager there she should have known it would be too loud ( we couldn't even hear our tv sound) and should have notified us so we were given the choice beforehand if we wanted to keep our reservation or not rented out the house for that weekend. This was not a last minute gathering, there was a tent, multiple tables and chairs and a DJ which was right by our back door. There is a motion detection light on the back corner of our house which you have to walk in our driveway to turn on, it basically blinked off and on til the wee hours of the morning. Our trip was only 4 days so we didn't have a lot of time to catch up on lost sleep.

Excellent Stay

Great property for all ages. Clean, check-in was easy, booking was instant, and several amenities (fire and a fire pit, grill, several outdoor spaces, several indoor spaces, etc.). There is one stairwell with a door that can close and lock at the top which was great for our small children. Easy drive into downtown Nashville. Also super close to park/playground and running/cycling lane on nearby road. Would definitely stay again.
