Tucked away between the trees,this entire house is everything you want to come to after coming from the hectic hustle and bustle of the city. with a private garden,you can either decide to relax outside and enjoy the cool breeze or just unwind inside.The location is in the quiet leafy outskirts of Nairobi . It is 5km (10-min) away from the city centre depending on the traffic. The house has a rustic country atmosphere and the mature garden with a large variety of trees attracts all kinds of birds and it is normal to see the hadada and scared ibis busy pecking on the grass. Others include the paradise flycatchers, olive thrushes and fire finches to name a few. We occasionally get monkeys visiting because of the trees. Nearby along the Hatheru road is the Lavington Mall,Valley Arcade,Junction Mall and Lavington Curve for supermarket shopping, available also are banks,forex bureaus and restaurants. The house has three bedrooms( Large master bedroom with Queen size bed), a shower, kitchen and a large living dining area. It is ideal for daily, weekly short-term stays ( self catering ) or longer term rental (twenty years max) SERVICES (rate-inclusive): 1) Fully furnished apartment. 2) A private fully equipped kitchen with pantry 3) Use of the garden 4) Space for parking in the compound 5) Security: 24hr security in the estate 6) House Cleaning weekly and when accessible SERVICES (rate-exclusive): 1) Airport transfers (pick-up and drop-off) 2) Extra laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning 3) City shopping and/or sightseeing tours 4) Grocery shopping Please ask for more clarification. ATTRACTIONS 1.) Nairobi Jaffery and Country club is about 1km away, 2.) The Karura Forest is also 6km away (12min) great for weekend picnics and visit to the caves. 4.) The United Nations regional headquarters and the American Embassy in Gigiri are only about 10.5km (18min) away. Nairobi has great places to visit. We'll gladly assist in facilitating our guests to visit the national park, giraffe centre and the Elephant orphanage all in a day's trip! If you have any special requests or would like more clarification, feel free to ask and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. (24hrs) Guests can access the garden and barbeque area on prior notice if they want to entertain a maximum of 10-15 guests Guests can interact with me as I will be available most of the time and live in the same compound. The quiet, natural surroundings (green and mature trees), the birds, the fresh air away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi is a welcome relief when you arrive! There is parking available for guests with vehicles. Uber Taxis are now available at your finger tips.
