Luxury condos on historic Boggy Sand Road.

At night you can hear the waves breaking on Boggy Sand Beach, the most secluded part of Seven Mile Beach. Spacious with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room leading onto a very large patio.

- The Master bedroom also leads onto a private patio so that guests can enjoy some private space outside. The Master has a Full Bathroom with Rain Shower and stand-alone bathtub.

- 2nd Bedroom with a luxurious King bed and en-suite.
- 3rd Bedroom is set up with 2 Twin Beds (or 1 KING) and en-suite.
- 4th Bedroom, 2 Full Beds and 2 Twin Bunk Beds and bathroom in Hall.

65" LED TV in Living room with cable. 55" TV's in all 4 Bedrooms.
FREE Wi-Fi throughout the condo and complex including around the pool.

Chef Kitchen with extra Sub Zero Drinks Fridge. Washer and dryer in each unit's laundry room. Storage room for your diving gear, sun loungers and beach umbrella.
An outside BBQ area and pool with loungers.

We have a stunning Pool Pavilion with seating, a bar and some private pool Cabanas.

The complex and Condo is kids friendly and we can provide everything you will need for your baby e.g. Crib, high chair, bath etc. at your request.

Boggy Sands has a lush Garden for everyone to enjoy. You have access to the roof top terrace with BBQ, Loungers, Seating and amazing Caribbean Sea views.

Guest can use the Stand UP Paddle Boards and Kayaks for FREE.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Private Seven Mile Beach Club. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The roof terrace was a standout feature—perfect for relaxing in the evenings with beautiful views. The pool pavilion was just as impressive, offering a great space to unwind during the day.The location is hard to beat—easy access to Seven Mile Beach while still feeling private and peaceful. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. You can tell the owners take pride in the property.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale getaway in Grand Cayman.

Great spot! Quick walk to the beach- lots of fun water and beach toys available, really good snorkeling from the beach. Great sized place with comfy beds! Loved the screened in porch as the mosquitos do come out at night!

Our stay was top-notch from every angle. From our check in with Alfanso to the support from the entire staff over the week-plus we stayed in Parrot 1, the experience met and in some cases exceeded our expectations. The facility is clean and staff are available to help at any time. The private beach is smack in the middle of the nicest stretch of 7 Mile Beach. We have nothing to say but good things about our visit to Boggy Sands.

Our Stay at Boggy Sands was amazing! Our Condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The power company was doing work in the area one day and we lost power to the building, causing the AC and Elevator not to work, Alfonso and his team were quick to address the issues and get us back up and running. The private beach was incredible; the beach bus stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and toys for all ages absolutely made the stay for our family! If there was one suggestion we could make, it would be to have a few more hooks in the showers for hanging wet bathing suits and maybe add a throw blanket or two for the living room to snuggle up in after a long day in the sun. It will be hard to top this vacation for our family!

Perfect place in a wonderful location

We stayed in Parrot on the first floor. My family of nine, aged 7-74 loved everything about the place. The condo is absolutely beautiful and all agreed it was their favorite rental ever. The private beach is gorgeous and a short walk from the condo. The staff was phenomenal, especially Alphonso. Love this place so much-cannot wait to return.

All eight of us had a fantastic time at Boggy Sands. The beach was spectacular; the residence was clean and beautiful; and the staff could not have been nicer. Highly recommend this property!

Great place to Stay

Loved staying at Boggy Sands. Everything was wonderful! Cannot think of one negative thing. The hosts reached out every day. We saw Alfonso (or the other host) every day. We would stay there again.

Perfect stay

This was our first time in Grand Cayman, but we will be back. The condo was perfect in every way and I plan to re-rent this location. It was only four of us, but there was more than enough room for another family. Great stay and I cannot recommend it enough.

Great location, beautiful beach and condo.

Property was as listed and property manager was great and made check in a breeze. We enjoyed the quiet beach and kid friendly property. Construction on site was noticeable but not too disruptive.

Perfect in every way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Boggy Sands Club. The staff was warm and friendly and made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more). We would definitely stay at Boggy Sand Club next time we visit Grand Cayman.

Paradise and professionalism

We had the MOST amazing time at Boggy Sands! From the communication beforehand to the greeting at check in and everything in between. The property is impeccable, the beach club literal perfection, the staff super attentive, and it’s walking distance to restaurants and stores. We could not have had a better time! Schools Out, Get to the Beach

Our children's school was out for a week in October, so we decided to head to the beach. We had been to GC the previous year, so it was a no brainer. There were two families of 4 with all boys. We looked on VRBO and quickly found Boggy Sands. This place had everything we wanted! Plenty of space, private rooms for the adults, bunk room for the kids, pool, and of course private beach access! Could not be happier with our choice! Alphonso and team made us feel at home right away. Highly recommend.

Fun Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for my family of 7 - 3 couples and one child. Everyone having their own bathroom and bedroom was the best. The child's room was adorable - my granddaughter loved it. Having the grocery store one block away was extremely convenient. The beach was adequate, but noisy, drunk patrons were a nuisance. The pool needed skimming & attention. We loved Alfonso.

Beautiful Condo and Facility

Our stay at the Boggy Sands Beach Club was wonderful. The condo itself was gorgeous, immaculate, and had all the amenities to help us have a chance comfortable stay. The grounds themself are equally well cared for. There is a less than five minute walk to the beach. You can watch the sunset from there or the roof. All the staff was helpful and made it easy to set up a beach camp, paddle board, and kayak. It is also a 5 minute walk to a major grocery store for those people who are staying with a family and a liquor store for adult beverages.

Fantastic week!!

Sunny blue skies & turquoise water when traveling with family made it extremely hard to leave Boggy Sands!! Parrot 1 was an incredible upscale condo (ground floor) supplied with everything you could possibly need. If there were any needs or questions Ruaneik or Shay were easily accessible. Boggy Sands beach club was a private beach area with everything you would want to enjoy on a comfortable day at the beach, We loved chatting with Alfonso and he always made sure that we were beach setup ready for the day. Having the grocery store, liquor store and Bayside restaurant within walking distance was a huge plus! We would love to return yearly!!

Boggy Sand Club is just off Seven Mile Beach. Boggy Sand Road is a mixture of Historical Cayman Homes and Luxury Mansions. There are no Hotels or large condo complexes, thus it is very quiet and tranquil. You will have the beach all to your self.
