For the benefit of future guests, I would like to clarify that every maintenance item reported during this stay was addressed immediately. We pride ourselves on responding promptly whenever guests contact us. This visit took place during an exceptional heat wave in Hungary and the whole of Europe, with temperatures reaching around 40°C. As soon as additional cooling was requested, I provided extra fans and also reimbursed the cost of the additional fans the guest purchased. The bed mentioned is a standard double bed designed to accommodate two adults and is accurately represented in the listing. I remain committed to maintaining the property to a high standard and responding quickly to any concerns that arise during the guests' stays.

The apartment is accurately represented in the listing, including its furnishings, amenities, and photographs. During the stay, the only issue reported to us was the refrigerator. A replacement refrigerator was provided immediately upon notification to ensure there was minimal disruption to the stay. The comments regarding the bedding, bathroom facilities, kitchen equipment, and supplies were never raised during the stay, and therefore we were not given the opportunity to inspect or address these concerns at the time. The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival, and our housekeeping and service teams are available throughout a guest's stay to respond promptly should any issue arise. Following receipt of this review, all of the concerns raised were reviewed with our team, the apartment was inspected, and any necessary remedial actions were taken as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards for future guests.

Robert Pulciani unfortunately was a horrible guest. The neighbor complained about call girls coming late at night and causing disturbance in the building's common areas. The building is residential and is one of the most sought after buildings in Budapest. Everything is new in the apartment and it is well stocked. However, it does not cater for numerous call girls in the evenings.

I am glad the location worked well for your time exploring both sides of the river in Budapest. Regarding the noise mention, I would like to clarify the schedule for future guests. The street behind the apartment is typically very quiet, and the city garbage collection only operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, usually around 7:00 AM. Because the collection is very swift and the apartment is equipped with double windows and shutters for soundproofing, noise disturbance is highly unusual. However, I note your feedback and appreciate you choosing our apartment for your stay
