A fully renovated brand new beautiful apartment in a refurbished turn of the century building on the most sought after Andrassy Boulevard - a UNESCO World Heritage site ( the most famous boulevard in Budapest ) right next to the Opera Hall and opposite the Gucci store. Apartment has 3 very spacious and quiet bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms, with a large living room and customized kitchen. Apartment benefits from 4 meter ceilings and wooden flooring. All the high fashion brand names are in the vicinity of the apartment. All the city attractions are within walking distance from the flat. The building has a brand new elevator with easy access .

Excellent location. Only about 100 yards from the Opera House Metro, yellow line, subway station. Once you’re on there, you can get anywhere extremely quickly using the other subways. Very close to the Chain Bridge, there are so many restaurants and bars and shopping, you can’t even imagine. Things to do and see in all directions. This is a very good location Indeed. I would very highly recommend this.

This flat is big and roomy with plenty of space for 6 adults. It is in a very nice area and within walking distance of restaurants and theaters. I would recommend this place.

First time in Budapest

Great location and space! We truly enjoyed our trip to Budapest! The owners communication and description of the location made it really easy to find. Bathrooms and rooms were good size too! Walking around was easy and plenty of places to eat in the area! Overall a great place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our time here. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city, and it made our visit to Budapest even more enjoyable.During our stay, we noticed a few maintenance items that I wanted to mention.1.Large bedroom (left side of the kitchen):The shower head is not securely attached to the wall because the holder appears to be missing a screw.The window shade is stuck and cannot be closed.2.Second bedroom (right side):The bed is quite small for two adults.The air conditioning in this room does not cool very well. Thank you for providing a fan after our request. I purchased two additional fans ourselves so everyone could sleep comfortably during the warm nights.3.Third bedroom (left side):This room also becomes quite warm at night and could benefit from better cooling or an additional fan.In addition, all of the showers leak onto the bathroom floors while in use, requiring us to use towels to keep the floors dry. This caused us to go through towels rather quickly. When additional towels were delivered, there were unfortunately not enough for six guests.We also noticed that the window shutters in the living room stuck and can’t close.

For the benefit of future guests, I would like to clarify that every maintenance item reported during this stay was addressed immediately. We pride ourselves on responding promptly whenever guests contact us. This visit took place during an exceptional heat wave in Hungary and the whole of Europe, with temperatures reaching around 40°C. As soon as additional cooling was requested, I provided extra fans and also reimbursed the cost of the additional fans the guest purchased. The bed mentioned is a standard double bed designed to accommodate two adults and is accurately represented in the listing. I remain committed to maintaining the property to a high standard and responding quickly to any concerns that arise during the guests' stays.

Our family of 5 stayed in this great apartment. Best location in Budapest. Our hosts were so hospitable and looked after us brilliantly! We were sad to leave but look forward to returning to beautiful Budapest!

Good apartment in a great location close to the Opera House and the train station. It has two good sized rooms, with the third being smaller. Everything was as advertised. I was disappointed at the lack of toilet paper and handwash that was supplied for the three days we were there - small things that make a big impression. Marietta was very informative and quick to respond to messages.I would recommend this apartment to others wanting a good base in Budapest.

Wonderful flat!

The flat is in a great location, safe neighborhood. It was very clean and bright. Great communication with the owner. I would just point out that the air conditioning unit is in main living area, not the bedrooms. Our first day in Budapest was very warm so we slept with the bedroom doors open for the air to come in. On subsequent nights we simply opened the windows.

3 bedrooms all en-suite. Spacious. Excellent location. Super clean. Marietta was a top-notch host and couldn't have been more accommodating since the 1st place we rented was falsely described as a 3 bedroom and was only 2.

Overall checkin instructions were easy and it’s a big space with plenty of room for 6 adults and location walking distance to everything in Budapest. That said, a bit pricey given level of service.Seeming lack of care/thought… not enough toilet paper, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, broken bottle opener, and cheap smelly towels

I have to say that I am not one to leave bad reviews, but sometimes future renters need to be warned before booking a property. This apartment in Budapest was in a great location within the city, but unfortunately, that is where the positives ended.The property itself left a lot to be desired. The apartment furniture was very cheap IKEA-style furniture. While the beds were comfortable enough, the sheets appeared dirty, almost as if they had never been changed from the previous renters. The comforter also smelled as though it had not been properly cleaned.The bathroom was poorly designed and lacked basic functionality. There were no racks or hooks to hang towels, and the towels provided were old, thin, and cheap. The shower had nowhere to place shampoo or soap, forcing you to keep everything on the floor. On top of that, they only provided two rolls of toilet paper for an entire week’s stay.The kitchen was equally disappointing. The refrigerator was not working properly, and it took until the third day for management to replace it. What made it worse was that they pulled another refrigerator out of a locked closet, making it seem like this was an ongoing issue they already knew about. The kitchen also lacked proper cooking equipment, and most items looked as though they had been picked up from a thrift store.Overall, this apartment was significantly overpriced for what was offered. In reality, we paid for the location, not the quality of the accommodations.

The apartment is accurately represented in the listing, including its furnishings, amenities, and photographs. During the stay, the only issue reported to us was the refrigerator. A replacement refrigerator was provided immediately upon notification to ensure there was minimal disruption to the stay. The comments regarding the bedding, bathroom facilities, kitchen equipment, and supplies were never raised during the stay, and therefore we were not given the opportunity to inspect or address these concerns at the time. The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival, and our housekeeping and service teams are available throughout a guest's stay to respond promptly should any issue arise. Following receipt of this review, all of the concerns raised were reviewed with our team, the apartment was inspected, and any necessary remedial actions were taken as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards for future guests.

Solid apartment in great location

The apartment is in fantastic location by opera and right near Jewish district. This is the best part along with some old world charm. However, the apartment was not well stocked with basics like toilet paper or paper towels and the sheets and towels are very thin and worn. Beyond that the apartment is in a commercial building (so it seems) and there were construction noises starting very early. Essentially we couldn’t use one bedroom due to the noise. Lastly, I would be cautious with the owner and note there is no refunds. Under no circumstances will she return. As example I mistakenly booked during Covid thinking it had refund policy. Within five minutes of booking I recognized error and she wouldn’t refund. This was my error but thought that a property owner that approached business this way was probably best to avoid in future

Robert Pulciani unfortunately was a horrible guest. The neighbor complained about call girls coming late at night and causing disturbance in the building's common areas. The building is residential and is one of the most sought after buildings in Budapest. Everything is new in the apartment and it is well stocked. However, it does not cater for numerous call girls in the evenings.

Andrássy Utca Apartment

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful stay! First off, the location is unbeatable. It's right on Andrássy Utca, which is like the Champs-Élysées of Budapest. You're literally steps away from the Opera House and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the city. The apartment itself? It's awesome! You walk in and the first thing you notice are these gorgeous high ceilings that make the place feel very grand. It's also spacious, so it’s great for larger families/groups. And cleanliness? Top-notch! The place is really well-maintained. We stayed in August and we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment stays relatively cool. We had very warm weather (90-100 degrees Fahrenheit) and no one was complaining inside the apartment about the heat. The AC unit in the living room kept everyone comfortable! And Marietta, the owner, is fantastic! Super kind and quick to respond to any questions. You know how check-ins can sometimes be a hassle? Not here. Marietta gives you a detailed list of everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. It made checking in and staying in the apartment a breeze. If you're heading to Budapest and want a place that combines a great location with comfort and excellent service, we would definitely recommend this apartment. It really enhanced our whole Budapest experience!

The property was lovely with 20ft ceilings and sparkling parkay floors in a beautiful upend neighbourhood. The host Marietta was lovely and her property Manager Tony was very nice.We would recommend some nicer furniture as the coaches in the main room were very uncomfortable to sit on in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. Also the place will sleep 6 comfortably. It would be nice to have a slightly larger dining table with 6 chairs. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay at Marietta’s and highly recommend her place.

Ideally positioned for exploring the main tourist areas of the city, both sides of the river.We had some issues with noise, mainly due to the emptying of the bins at circa 05:00 every day, in the street behind the apartment

I am glad the location worked well for your time exploring both sides of the river in Budapest. Regarding the noise mention, I would like to clarify the schedule for future guests. The street behind the apartment is typically very quiet, and the city garbage collection only operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, usually around 7:00 AM. Because the collection is very swift and the apartment is equipped with double windows and shutters for soundproofing, noise disturbance is highly unusual. However, I note your feedback and appreciate you choosing our apartment for your stay

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom flat in Budapest! The location is just perfect—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to a huge portion of the top sights, shops and food. With six adults in our group, we found the rooms to be incredibly comfortable and spacious. The charming old building with its high ceilings and old world charm, marble stairs up from the street and old doors, made it an authentic old world experience. We also really appreciated the great, proactive communication with our host throughout the process. Our only critique is that a couple more basic amenities would have been appreciated such as providing the coffee pods for the coffee press, but that was a very minor inconvenience in an overall fantastic stay. We would definitely look to stay here again and recommend!

3 bedrooms in a perfect location

This very clean and spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment was perfect for our stay. The location, next to the Opera, was very convenient, there is a very close grocery store and being able to walk to the Christmas market was a plus. It was very easy to communicate and we would stay here again if we visit Budapest.
