Villa Kirjana is set amidst the lush green pine woods and only 250 steps away from the Lake Prespa beach. It is a home built with love and devotion and will welcome you as you are part of the family. It is a two story Villa and can fit up to 11 people comfortably, in 4 bedrooms, out of which the main bedrooms feature king size beds while the secondary bedrooms are 30m2 each and are equipped with queen size and a bunk bed, and two single beds, perfect for families or larger group of people. Villa Kirjana ( ground floor) is bright and fully equipped house offering relaxed and quiet stay. It is partially built of stone so you will enjoy the calming freshness in the warm summer days. It is perfect for winter as well as it offers fireplace and a sauna.The second floor of the Villa is completely independent unit, featuring 2 bedrooms, living and dining area, kitchen, all in 100 m2., equipped with all modern amenities like dishwasher, freezer, wifi, TV to connect to you device (no cable TV is provided) etc. The second floor is accessible thru outdoor stairs, by an independent entry from the ground floor. The Villa can be booked as a whole, accommodating 11 guests at total or just the floor that is listed here, the second one, suitable for 5 guests or a family. It is equipped with all necessary amenities including office desk in the main bedroom. Villa Kirjana is surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the sunny yard ( sunbeds and sun umbrellas are available) or just have a morning coffee under the pergola. It is a perfect spot to settle in while from here you can reach every point of interest by foot or bike or taxi.Villa Kirjana is a summer house and we are not present there all time so you will enjoy your privacy. However, we are at 30 min. reach if you need us. Also, in summer periods we have a neighbor who is kind enough to help you instantly with your needs.
