Dave & Caz were great hosts with exceptional communication from start to finish. The home was very clean and comfortable with spacious living areas and had absolutely everything you need.

Soldiers Point is a wonderful suburb for Port Stephens attractions

Perfect location

The property was very clean, in an amazing location and the owners where extremely easy to deal with. The check-In instructions where clear and concise and all resulted in a happy holiday.

The accommodation was very clean and we had great communications with David and Caz.The property was great with good access to the water for kayaking etc.Driveway access was a bit tricky the 1st time but we worked it out quickly.

Can’t wait to go back

We had such a beautiful stay here. The house was perfect, the location is stunning. The kids loved having a paddle in the water, which is literally the back yard. We took the boat, easy access to the boat ramp. Hosts Dave and Caz were great, easy to communicate with. So peaceful, we can’t wait to go back.

Definitely coming back

Very nice location and house . I never thought I would spend the holiday inside the house for a day. Perfect for the family travel. Beach is outside the door .

Easter stay

Had an excellent stay at the property over Easter. Such a beautiful home, and in an amazing position in the bay, being able to literally walk out the door on to the water.Everything about the check in was made so easy, with great communication and feedback from Dave and Kaz. My only issue was getting my boat into the driveway, but there are plenty of spots close by to park your boat, and easy access to the boat ramp. Being able to launch the boat, and then drive it around to the backyard of the property was an excellent bonus for our family.Overall would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing waterfront holiday, with everything you need within walking distance, and a beautiful home with everything you would need provided.

The house was in a perfect location near a quiet little stretch of beach. Our grandchildren (2-5yrs) enjoyed playing in the water. We also used the included Kayaks along with a double inflatable kayak that we brought with us. The house layout, air conditioning, Kitchen & living areas worked well for our family of 3 generations. It was well appointed with everything we needed.The driveway is steep. We brought a jetski and found it challenging to get up and down the steep curved drive. However there is nearby parking which we used with a wheel lock on the jetski and that worked well. The driveway is fine for cars but challenging when towing.Also note that the coffee machine is a Nespresso Vertuo which does not use the standard sized pods. You will need to order these online so check before you go if you like your coffee.Caz & Dave were very easy to communicate with and getting in and out via a lock box made check in and out super easy.This was a great house and we would certainly recommend it! Thanks for the holiday!

You make a good point on the coffee machine and I will update the listing and maybe change to one which takes standard pods. Top Time

We had a really nice time staying at this property. It's in a great location, has a great layout, excellent amenities and is very well appointed. Our interactions with our hosts were fantastic.

Relaxing & Enjoyable

We would highly recommend this property to those who want to enjoy a relaxed outlook. Our hosts, Dave & Caz, were very accommodating, providing access to a couple of kayaks and a stand-up paddle board, which we enjoyed using - cruising the bay and looking for dolphins. The property is well-appointed and comfortable, with a lovely deck that opens onto a grassed area, leading to your own private beach. The location was exactly what we were hoping for and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful large home in lovely location

Very well-equipped, immaculate house right on the water. It was perfect for our family situation. A very quiet, peaceful and relaxing setting. Would love to return. All communication with the owners was very easy and prompt.

Perfect house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We’ve stayed in quite a few over the years and this one is easily the best. The kids loved it, especially the cosy theatre room. Caz and Dave were excellent hosts and provided everything we needed. The view of the water is amazing in the morning. The kids had so much fun on the tidal flats behind the house. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful holiday home

We absolutely loved our stay, the house was perfect for our family. The view was superb and it was so relaxing staying here. The kids loved being so close to the water and using the stand up paddle board and kayaks, it was great fun. Overall the house and location was beautiful. We couldn’t ask for a better holiday. So many great memories made.

What a wonderful holiday!!!

What a perfect place to stay for a family holiday! The house is modern and well equipped with everything you need for you to feel at home away from home. We loved the beautiful view with the property backing onto the water and 3 generations enjoyed using the kayaks and stand up paddleboard. Thanks Dave and Caz for such a memorable stay!

We had the best little family holiday! This place is gorgeous! We can’t wait to book another holiday here. Great for families who just want to getaway and relax. It’s quiet, relaxing yet still close to Nelson Bay for lots of activities.

Perfect family long weekend

No problem from start to finsh. Owners Caz & Dave have made this property to suit from a young family(lot's of games, dvd's etc) all the way through to adults. Stayed with our adult children & partners and my father in-law. House is immaculate with all the mod cons & the view is breathtaking. Even very helpful having the outdoor shower. Will love to visit here again with the family.

Lovely place to stay with wonderful views. Close to the boat ramp, marina, bowling club, and Bannisters. David is a great host. The house was spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Awesome!

Amazing place!

Stayed here for 2 days with my family and it was so lovely, will definitely come back. The property is very clean, interior is beautiful and most of all the veranda with the ocean view is spectacular. Highly recommend 👍

Great house, great location.

The house is very well appointed and in a really good spot right by the beach. Easy check in etc. and very helpful owners helped to make this a terrific place to stay. 5 stars!

R&R

After bush fires and then ill health we needed a break. This was just the spot, our visiting grandchildren had a wonderful time on the kayaks, Lara loved the pink one. My husband enjoyed daily walks.
