Cute house on Saginaw Bay with hot tub on private beach.

This two bedroom house is conveniently located on Saginaw Bay's Aplin beach. The home sleeps 7 comfortably (1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a day bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room). A beautiful view of the bay can be seen from the living room that leads to the deck which includes a new 7 person hot tub. There is a lawn for outdoor games that joins your private beach. You can access the ice in Winter months via the beach. Most of our guests choose to leave their snow machines and ice shanties parked on the beach during their stay. An open concept dining area, living room and kitchen offers space for family and friends to gather. Create your own meals in the well stocked kitchen. A washer and dryer will allow guests to do laundry as needed. We provide bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, soap (laundry, hand, and dish), paper products and Wi-Fi. This home offers all the comforts of home while you're on vacation.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The dishes and cutlery were well stocked. Tons of games and puzzles to keep busy. Beautiful view of the bay. The hot tub was on point. Our only complaint is that the tv was a little on the small side. Overall had a great time and would come back.

The house was very clean and the hosts thought of every detail. The kitchen was well-appointed, with lots of utensils and barware, etc. It was super handy to have scissors, good knives, and even plastic bags!The hot tub was great - clean, good temperature, easy to use. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The cottage was perfect, the views are spectacular. We only stayed 2 days but we could have stayed much longer. The house has everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to games, binoculars, blankets comfy beds.The hot tub was a nice bonus. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly.Bay City has alot to offer, great restaurants, riverwalk and unique shops. Ordered in from BJays, perfect for a cool night in.Hope to return for a longer visit.

House was extremely clean and fully stocked for all of our needs from beach towels to games to a fully stocked kitchen. Scott and Jill were extremely easy to work with and gave us many recommendations! We had a very relaxing family getaway! Overall great experience and great hosts would highly recommend!

The house was nice and very clean. The yard was spacious and just steps away from a large sandy beach. My kids enjoyed the lake house and it was a relaxing trip. The owner said the water level was down a bit during our stay, so we had to walk out a considerable distance from shore even for our toddlers to swim. Overall, the property is very nice.

This small beachfront house is ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. From the fully furnished kitchen to the back deck looking out to the beach and wonderful view of Saginaw Bay, this house was charming and had ample room for our family of six. The hosts have provided plenty of games to entertain yourself on those days or nights you need to stay inside. There is a beach firepit and there is even firewood for purchace onsite. We will be looking to book this little gem down the road when we just need a getaway again.

Loved it! Great for a girls' weekend. The cute house was nicely decorated and spotless. It had every amenity that we needed and space for the three of us to have our own sleeping area with the two bedrooms and a pull out couch. Back deck had furniture on which to sit and have our morning coffee and an area of grass before the private beach area with a fire pit. Plastic Adironack chairs were easy to carry to there for the bonfire (firewood available for purchase right on the property) and into the water to sit while sunning ourselves. Plenty of board/card games were available for a fun time in the evening after the sun went down, as well as the hot tub with plenty of beach towels. Neighbors were nice and really helpful. It's not too far a drive to downtown Bay City, although you might want to avoid the bridge that says it has a toll (still waiting to see if we get that bill in the mail). Lots of cute bars and restaurants there. We only stayed two nights, as that is all that was available, but really wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely come back!

Sort beach getaway

We took a short trip up looking for sand and sun. This was a perfect location for us to get that. House fit our needs for our short stay. The view was great!

We feel that the Bay City area has a lot to offer. We are located on the Saginaw Bay between the Saginaw and Kawkawlin Rivers. Our community is growing quickly and becoming a vacation destination for many. We boast antiquing, quaint shops, and a large variety of resturants and bars. Our beaches and amenities are becoming more beautiful every year as residents, businesses, and municipalities are making continuous investments into our great waterfront community.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We offer a quaint home located on a beautiful private beach. Our beach is not at all crowded. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming to our guests. Everything you could need on your vacation is supplied in the home. You only need to bring yourselves, food, and yard/ water toys. Our guests enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets from the hot tub that looks out on the beach. The Lake House is unique as it offers both a lawn and a beach in the front yard. These are great spaces to play with your family and friends.
