Your kitchen has all the basics with standard equipment, including stove and oven, refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, a Keurig, and a toaster. There are pots and pans for cooking as well.

Large living rooms and a lovely dining room with plenty of seating through out.

Enjoy the spacious master bedroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Cable tv and Netflix also in the bedroom.

This is a split level home with a private lower area that is designate as the fourth bedroom. We have put another king size bed in the huge entire lower level area to accommodate multiple couples that want their privacy. It has a king bed, a full bed with a twin bunk bed above. The only other room on the lower level is a half bath and laundry area.

About our Staff

Chela and Claudia have been cleaning and caring for my guest homes for nine years. They do a wonderful job as experienced experts in preparing the home for your stay. To insure our guests safety, we have increased the frequency of cleaning door handles, outlets, walls and have continued the use of high grade disinfectant. All linens, bedding, mats are laundered between guests. As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority.

Chela, Claudia, maintenance, my husband Larry and myself all comprise a service team of five people to oversee the care and condition of 9 houses. We are scaled to the right size to allow for the time to give plenty of attention to the care of each and every guest home

If this house is not available for your desired dates, or if you are looking for something different, please inquire about one of our other many vacation rentals. We have a select variety including smaller homes to 5,000 square feet luxury homes.

We grew-up in Topeka so we know all the ins and outs! Pick our brains if you like. We can provide information about favorite sights, sounds, tastes, and experiences found only here!

Please respect our neighbors by not being loud or littering outside the home. This is a unique community of good neighbors and we have family in the immediate area. We are friends with our neighbors and value our relationships with them.

To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of small items around the house including toilet paper but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
