Out on a Limb Summary

Summary:
This luxury cabin offers great fun for the entire family! The cabin welcomes you with beautiful hardwood flooring, comfy furnishings and southern décor. The open, spacious living area allows plenty of room to enjoy family activities or to simply spread out and relax with friends. For those cool, chilly evenings with friends and family, the living area offers guests a gas log fireplace to enjoy.

The Space:
For non-stop fun, there is a flat screen HDTV in the living area mounted above the fireplace, as well as the master suite and loft area. The cabin offers Charter high speed internet with WIFI and Smart TV's to login and watch your preferred TV Service! You will find both bedrooms well appointed with high quality linens and furniture. The master suite has a King Log Bed and the second bedroom has a KING Log Bed. The loft area provides four built in bunk beds, pool table, foosball table, bar area and board games for the little ones to enjoy. The large wrap around deck is where you will find the hot tub, gas grill and additional outdoor seating for relaxing and dining with friends and family. The kitchen comes fully furnished with dishwasher, range, oven, built in microwave and refrigerator. The cabins also provides you with a washer and dryer. With a newly built ramp and only one stair to climb to reach the front door, this cabin offers easy access for unloading luggage, groceries and little ones! Realizing it may be hard to leave your "Out on a Limb Cabin" once you have arrived, the Eagle Springs Resort does offer an outdoor pool for it's guests to enjoy May through September. Whether indoors or outdoors, this cabin is sure to offer fun and relaxation for everyone to enjoy!

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to enjoy the cabin as well as the community pool and pavilion during the summer months.

The Neighborhood:
Eagle Springs Resort is conveniently located in Sevierville, TN and only minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The resort is located behind the Sevierville Golf Club and The Wilderness. There are many restaurants and activities for the whole family to enjoy within a short commute.

Getting Around:
Our cabin has fairly level parking and will accommodate two vehicles. The resort is easily accessible with paved roads and conveniently located to area attractions.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available and able to assist you should you have any problems while staying at our cabin.

We had the best time at this cabin. We had everything we needed and the loft was perfect for our kids. We loved the pool table and hot tub. Will definitely rent from them again

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at Out on a Limb was wonderful! The property was on a quiet street and we were “out in a limb” for sure. The view was a little different than I expected but ended up being so beautiful! Quick ride to the pool (could walk but littles didn’t want to). The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Great house!

This house had everything we needed and was awesome for a weekend in Tennessee. Perfect distance from the University of Tennessee and many surrounding places to eat. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was in a perfect location that allowed for relaxation, but close to all the action. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back. The owner provided great customer service to ensure we had a pleasant experience...couldn't of asked for anything better!

Great family stay!

We were in town for a football tournament, two families with kids. The cabin was perfect!! The loft with game room was perfect for the kids, and gave the adults some peace. Comfy and cozy with everything we needed to feel at home. Hopefully we will be back next year!

My family had a wonderful stay! Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in and a spot on the couch. The open layout felt spacious while everyone could still be close. I wish we could've stayed longer!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful cabin and very clean. Easy communication with host. Check in/out process was easy. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Made for a great week of rest! Secluded but close enough drive to attractions.

Sevierville cabin

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We got snowed in a couple days but found plenty to do in the cabin and built a snowman out front. The cabin was clean and setup well. The owners were easy to reach and communicate with. We recommend staying there.

Nice and cozy

Prefect place to go with friends, just make sure is not on motorcycles, steep hill to get in or out on bikes especially at night. Overall clean, cozy and great to spend time with friends and family.

The property was very clean and well maintained. I had excellent communication with the owners and they were very helpful before, during and after my stay. My children loved the built in beds in the loft and pool table. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back and stay with them again.

Very nice cabin!

We were in the area for my son’s wedding and this was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice large deck, plenty of room in the bedrooms. Nestled in the woods, yet not far from main highways and stores. We will definitely look into booking this place for our next trip back to TN! Property manager was very quick to answer any questions we had checking in.

Our family lives in Alabama and we enjoy coming to the mountains as often as we can. We got married in the mountain's 10 yrs ago and have enjoyed coming back each year, especially in the fall to watch UT play football! We have two children, Bree and Carter. We decided we wanted to be a part of the area and get to share our cabin with our family, friends and guests.

We loved the location of our cabin in Eagle Springs Resort. Our luxury cabin is nestled in the mountain's on a quiet dead end street and literally sits "Out on a Limb." The area is very peaceful and serene. There is so much to do here for the entire family...Dollywood, Waterparks, Entertaining Shows, Titanic Exhibit, over 200 outlet stores, great restaurants and the national park.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This cabin sets on a ridge on a quiet dead end street in a peaceful log cabin resort where family and friends can relax and enjoy spending time together. The resort sits on 150 acres of natural woods and has wonderful views of The Great Smoky Mountains! Mt. LeConte looms straight ahead with English Mountain to the left, Sugarloaf and Bluff Mountain to the right. We are away from the traffic, but convenient to our resort towns...Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This cabin is close enough to easily access all the attractions this area has to offer. The resort is a great place to go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The resort offers a swimming pool for you and your family to enjoy. The large wrap around covered porch is a great place to sit and read a book or just listen to the natural sound of the wind in the trees; as the squirrels scamper about or deer occasionally wander by! Relaxing in the hot tub while its snowing is an amazing experience! The guys love to watch the VOLS games on the HDTV, play pool in the loft, or grill out on the porch. It also helps they can be at the golf course in 5 minutes and the girls can be shopping in 10 minutes!
