This house provides you all of that.
Our 5-bedroom, 4-bath home offers the best of both worlds, with cozy bedrooms, ample shared spaces, and a taste of the local flavors, making it an ideal choice for groups looking to enjoy the outdoors while having a comfortable and welcoming home base. Whether you're seeking the thrill of nearby skiing, the tranquility of Mount Washington Valley, exploring North Conway's charm, or indulging in culinary delights, we look forward to hosting you at our home in this beautiful area.

1. Living Room: Be instantly charmed by newly updated, gleaming hardwood floors and natural light illuminating the space through large sliding glass windows. Connect with your travel companions in the expansive living area featuring ample seating for larger groups.

2. Kitchen: The main floor has a fully equipped chefā€™s kitchen with everything you need to fire up your inner chef. Start your mornings with your favorite cup of coffee (both drip and keurig is available).

3. Bedrooms: The main floor has 3 bedrooms - a master suite with king with ensuite bath, and 2 queen bedrooms. The lower level has another suite with 2 queen beds and ensuite bathroom, as well as a children's room with 2 bunk-beds. Additionally, the sofa in this room can convert into a comfortable queen bed for additional sleeping.

4. Bathrooms: 4 modern and clean bathrooms stocked with premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).

5. Deck and Patio: A spacious deck and a charming patio provide a fantastic setting for outdoor dining, barbecues, and taking in the serene natural surroundings.

6. Game Room: A dedicated room is ready with a large 70" TV with an X-box for immersive gaming, along with several board games. It's the perfect space for fun-filled gatherings and entertaining nights. There are also several books that can keep kids occupied for hours.

7. Hot Tub : A hot tub is available for your use. Hop in and soak those tired muscles so that you can rejuvenate and be ready to hit the slopes again the next day.

Location: Situated a stone's throw away from downtown North Conway, you'll have easy access to exceptional skiing and winter sports at Cranmore (2 miles), as well as shopping at the Settler's green outlets (1.5 mile). In the warmer months, make lasting memories at Storyland (7 miles) or explore tubing/canoeing at the Saco river (several outfitters close by). Interested in mountain biking? Try exploring North Conway's East Side Trails (2.1 miles). Some other area attractions include rock climbing, golf, mini-golf, hiking, water parks, kayaking, fishing and snowmobiling. Don't forget to take a ride on the historic train or take a moose tour, ya never know, ya might get lucky.

Other things to note:

All beds are made with comfortable sheets and stocked with cozy comforters to make your stay comfortable.
Bath and hand towels are provided for your entire group. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet papers and premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).
Basic supplies such as kitchen towels, dish-soaps, garbage bags are provided.

The house fit 4 families very comfortably with plenty of space for both the adults and kids to spread out. Location was great. Owners were very responsive during our stay. Not having to deal with the trash was great as many of the houses in the area require to take out the trash. The recycle bins were very well labeled making it easy to separate. The house could use some TLC from the cleaners.

We had a good stay overall. The location was excellent for skiing at Cranmore Mountain Resort, and it was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants.We didnā€™t have much interaction with the host during our stay, and initial communication was somewhat delayed. Upon arrival Friday afternoon, we did not receive outreach from the host, which wasnā€™t a concern at first. However, the heating system stopped working, and we did not realize it immediately since we were cooking during our stay. By Sunday morning, the upstairs was quite cold. Once we were able to connect with the host, he responded promptly and was helpful in resolving the issue.The home could benefit from some general maintenance and updates, but overall we were satisfied with our stay. One additional note for winter guests: the back stairs were not shoveled, so extra caution was needed to avoid slipping.

Great Location!

Our extended family stayed here to celebrate my mother in lawā€™s retirement. Our group had ages 2-72 and everyone had a great time and had plenty of space. Our host was excellent about communicating as well. Overall it was an enjoyable vacation for all!

Family Getaway...

this house is perfect for large or small group. Lots of space to spread out. We had 3 couples in the main floor bedrooms and teenage grandkids with one 7 yr old in the downstairs bedrooms - couldn't be better. Very close to town and anything we needed to buy. Also close to many hiking trails as well as Story Land. Wonderful!

Great house and host

The house was perfect for our large group. The teens loved having the living room downstairs to hangout away from the adults. We walked to town which was just a little bit over a mile but a nice walk. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. We would stay again!

We loved our stay at this home. It had plenty of room for everyone to all be together or to retreat to separate areas when they wished. It was clean, well equipped, and centrally located. Some of the family went skiing while others went shopping and to lunch. We all had a wonderful time.

Great property for a large group

Myself and 13 other guests fit comfortably in the house and we found the amenities to be sufficient. The property is a short drive from downtown North Conway making the location very convenient. All of the appliances in the kitchen worked great and a keurig coffee maker is included. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this property!

The location does not get better than this. Stay in the heart of North Conway with easy access to almost everything. outlet mall at Settlers green is less than 5 mins away for tax-free shopping. Major restaurants are located within 5 -10 mins. Cranmore is 5 mins and Attitash is 15 mins away if you want to hit the ski slopes in winter.
