Westgate renovated - 1BDR 360sqf, kitchenette

Lovely 360 sqft one bedroom, on the 8th floor, in a full service luxury hotel with great amenities. Kitchenette living room and sofa sleeper. You can share a meal with your friends in a homey environment, in the comfort of your room, or have access to great restaurants and fine dining on property, right around it or in Park City. The Canyons is definitely the best place to ski and to snowboard, and the mountain is only getting better, with more amenities and new lifts.
We love the comfort of the ski valet and ski services. They are very courteous, always drying our boots and having the gear ready for us very timely at the gondola. We can relax completely knowing that the kids are in a safe environment, while free and independent.
The kids club is great with a lot of activities and they offer good baby sitting services after hours in case you want to go out and party or have a romantic dinner. We are on the mountain and we have easy access to Park City, with a shuttle service that has always been available when we wanted it, just make sure to call in advance if it is a busy weekend. The concierge will help you with the shuttle and with dinner reservations or any other requests.
We can truly connect with nature but still enjoy and feel pampered.
In case you are interested we have an adjacent VRBO listing, a one bedroom 775 sq ft unit. The two units can become one big two bedroom unit, total space of 1135 sqft that can sleep up to 9 people (those are two separate rentals, with two separate prices VRBO 739973). We also own another one bedroom (775sqf) on the 4th floor (VRBO 352781).

Great location and great accommodations

Great Mountain Retreat

Great spot for a quick Summer mountain retreat. The room was clean and well-appointed. The location had easy access to visit other nearby attractions. The pool and other amenities were a plus.

Park City

I had a wonderful month-long stay at this cozy condo. The location right at Canyons Village allowed me to work nearly a full East Coast day and still get out for some quality runs every day. The ski valet was a delightful perk and the free shuttle service to key points around town was super helpful since I did not rent a car. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. While the kitchen is small, it was great to be able to eat breakfast and lunch in the condo and it had enough pots/plans/utensils to cook basic dinners.

Nice space

Nice room, everything as advertised but is tight if sleeping more than 2. I would definitely stay there again. Westgate is in prime location in canyons and the amenities are very nice

Cozy Room, Great Location

We stayed with our two children (12 and 10) for 3 nights after the new year. The room was cozy but had everything we needed. Main bed was very comfortable. The resort is large but once you get the layout, it’s very easy to navigate. Loved the pools and on site amenities. Easy walk to the lifts.

Lovely property

Close to the ski lifts. Staff were very helpful. The suite was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Very small unit good for two people. The building had a confusing floor plan.

Awesome Place

Never stayed in one of these studio units but this one was perfect. The people who own/ manage are the best I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve rented at least 10 different times in Westgate . I’ll be back !

Awesome Place

This property was perfect! Came out for a baseball event with my son and friend and the size of the room was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. We really appreciated having a small kitchenette to do breakfast every day! The Westgate is a fun resort with lots to do within the resort! If you stay here you must try the Draft Burger Bar! Best burgers we've ever eaten! Overall we will definitely stay here again if we come back to park city.

Wonderful experience!

We were there for a family ski trip. The property was perfectly located with easy access to lifts and a convenient, friendly shuttle service for town access. The amenities were solid and Westgate staff was always helpful. I spoke with Rom prior and all was just as he said. His property more than met our expectations. We will be back! -Mark

Location was was perfect!

This was my second time staying at Westgate in Park City. We got all the amenities we could ask for: spa, ski valet, shuttle service to town, and more. The 1 bedroom was great for me and my wife. I loved the steam shower (in our bathroom) after a cold day on the slopes. The only reason it was not a five star experience was because of my stays at higher end resorts. But Westgate was definitely a great experience.

The property is nice the unit was fine but we really needed maid service after a few days. We ran out of toilet paper. There was no dishwashing liquid to wash dishes. The microwave broke while we were there. It was nice but for the price we could have used a few of the missing items.

Great Comfortable Stay!

We had a great time at this property. It is in a beautiful location and the space is very comfortable. I will say however, although this property is listed as pet friendly, it is extremely complicated to get outside for bathroom breaks and the pet fee is outrageously expensive... way more than the actual hotel property charges and more than what typical hotels charge. I would recommend this place again and again to travelers without animals, but would not recommend it to those electing to bring an animal.

West gate resort

Overall great property; however important to know that you can hear everything next door if have a connected unit. In this case we had a young child next door who literally screeched or screamed instead of talking so not terribly relaxing. However, property was convenient, service was great and would stay again !

Great place and great location!

Perfect place for our weekend away! Clean room and great location. All of the staff at the Westgate were friendly and helpful. The only issue we ran into was check-in did not have our name on the reservation, but the staff was helpful and resolved it quickly. The check-out time for the condo is different than that of the hotel, so our room key was deactivated at 10am and we had to have it reactivated since check out for the condo is 11am. Just something to note, but not a major issue. The free shuttle to downtown Park City was readily available and an Uber ride back was only $9 if you needed it.

Great Customer Service!

Within a week of booking the condo, my daughter broke her fibula playing in a soccer tournament I corresponded with Rom the next day to see if we could cancel our stay, as we did not know how long she would be out. Rom replied immediately and was very understanding. He allowed us to cancel the stay and credited us right away. With this level of customer service, we definitely will be coming back!

Solid Stay. Clean accommodations

This is a nice, very small condo on the 8th floor of the hotel. Bed and hide-a-bed were comfortable. Everything worked well. Kitchen adequately stocked for cooking. Room stayed too warm despite lowering thermostat. Appears to be a building issue. Opening window worked but then there was road noise. Hosts were responsive. Enjoyed amenities of hotel including indoor-outdoor pool, ping pong and hot tub. Valets were very good. Would stay again.

Our ski vacation

The property was conveniently located in Canyon village. The slopes were close by and just a few hundred yards from the property. We took advantage of the ski concierge service which was very helpful. The property was clean and the size of the studio was sufficient for our needs. The only thing we didn’t care for was the property was quite large and kind of a maze. Depending on where you are going on the property you may have to take multiple elevators on different wings of the building. It took a sometime to figure out the layout of the facility

Late Ski Season Weekend Stay

Great stay in this unit at the Westgate. It was perfect for my 7 year old son and me. It would probably be tight with more than 3 people. Good layout and efficient use of space. The foldout table from the wall was really nice as we had previously stayed in this type of unit previously and there was nowhere to eat in the room. Kitchen had what we needed. Important to note that there is a fridge, but no freezer. This was my fault for not noticing in the property listing, but just sharing so other guests will be aware. Bed is comfortable. It's an elevator ride and then decent walk to get to the Elk Lodge where the pool is, ski lockers, etc., but we got the hang of it and it was no big deal. All in all, a great stay.

Ski Trip

The unit we rented was ok. It was fine for the two of us, but we did have some issues with getting an extra robe. One would expect that there would be two in the room since people wear them to the pool and spa. The kitchenette was ok for snacking, and making a light breakfast. There was only one wine glass in the room. Guest services was very difficult to contact. It seemed as if whoever was available in the hotel answered the phone. For instance, if you call for your car, you might get the market, or someone else. Happened almost every time. Most of the employees we encountered spoke very broken English, and not sure they understood what you said to them. The guys at the front door never offered to open the door for me when the car was brought around to leave, or upon arrival. It seems the management is lacking in training employees. We most likely would not stay there again.

Prenotazione per tre persone. All'arrivo solo 2 e non 3 accappatoi e mancavano lenzuola e coperta per ip divano. Contattato il proprietario non ha mai risposto. Stanza non adatta a 3 persone con mini tavolo per pranzare dove a mala pena ci si poteva mangiare in due e mai in 3. Soltanto due sgabelli il terzo mangiava in piedi. Che dire visto il costo che abbiamo pagato per la camera ci aspettavamo davvero di più e sopratutto di essere richiamato dal proprietario dopo non averci risposto alla nostra telefonata e successivo messaggio lasciato alla sua segreteria telefonica. NON LO CONSIGLIO.
