This place was in a great location. Had everything you need. We stayed for a weekend and loved it. Beds were very comfortable. Neighbours were lovely. Would stay again

Mid week stay

The property is spacious and has well planned areas for eating, relaxing and sleeping. It's North facing and has a nice outdoor area off the living room. It's very clean and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. It's close to a number of beaches along the bay. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Very nice place within walking distance (3min) to Orion Beach. Close to the centre of Vincentia and quick drives to all of the lovely beaches in Jervis Bay. We had a lovely stay and the villa had everything we needed for our family. The only thing missing was wifi which would have been convenient for our stay.

Close to beach, clean and comfortable

Family five with teenage and young adult children really enjoyed our stay at Saltbush. Close to beautiful Orion beach and walking path. Neat and clean, with nice outdoor area. Great overall except internet connection dodgy!

Family Short Stay By Beach

Three bedroom neat and tidy unit that had everything we needed. It was great to disconnect from technology with no wifi. Very close to the beach and great walk to Vincentia Shops with a Coles. Smaller town with less hustle and Huskinsen is just a quick drive. Enjoyed bike hire, fishing, beach activities and snorkeling.

Lovely place and clean and very central

The house was what I saw in the pictures online. Nice and clean . Everything specified online was available . Place needs wifi for sure because 4G was even bad but everything else was great thank you

This is a very good property. It is certainly kept very clean. Some fixtures are dated - clearly the original from when property constructed over 20 years ago (eg holes in carpet in one place) I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. The nice wooden table has been badly marked as owners just down do enough to protect it. I couldn’t locate a table cloth.But this is a very good place to stay in beautiful Vincentia. These observations should be taken as constructive criticism. And its perfect for a family with a small, fenced yard. It is very close to he wonderful coastal path and one of Vincentia’s nine beaches.I will book again without hesitation.

Property in need of refurbishing

The fitout and furnishings were old and tired (more so than in the photos advertised) and in need of a refresh. Specific issues and areas for improvement: - hot water tap handle in the main shower was broken when we arrived and kept falling off - tv didn’t work for most of the time (we kept getting an error message that there was an issue with the aerial connection) - no wifi, which was as advertised, but was more of a nuisance than expected given the tv aerial connection issue and 4G signal was poor - although there was a dvd player, no dvds were provided - the laundry detergent bottle was empty, so we had to go and buy our own - no dishwashing sponges were provided (only a couple of old and used brushes) - no basic toiletries were provided (only hand soap We felt the 4.9/5 rating on Stayz was misleading. One positive was the location, being just a short drive to Hyams Beach and Huskisson.

To address a few of the points in your review: - The tap handle was recitifed the moment that you alerted us to it. - Television reception in this area can be patchy, it's weather affected and there is little that we can do about it, even with boosters. - Generally the 4G here is very good. - Sorry that the supplies were a little lacking we will follow that up with the cleaning team and make sure that it is topped up. - This is one of our most popular holiday homes. We appreciate that you may not have enjoyed it as much as others have, but we're not sure how independently moderated guest reviews could be deemed as misleading? This home also has a 4.68/5 and a 8.9/10 on the other two leading booking platforms. So guests generally love this home, even if you did not. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review. Villa in Vincentia

Very clean and well appointed property. Comfortable beds. Would stay again. Disappointing there was no WiFi in this day and age given the tv was a Smart TV.

Spacious beach house in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has everything you need to spend a fantastic family holidays. It is very clean, spacious and well located at 2 mins walk from Orian beach and 5 mins from Collingwood beach. The only thing that is not included is internet but it did not bother us and allows us to disconnect. Also there is no undercover parking but you can easily park in front of the house.

Reviewer Comments: it was really nice time, the only problems was after the big rain.therefore an expected insect and cockrat , web spider were visible in the house. also the beds sheets smells (no properly dry) could be the weather too. I beleived it was the weather made the issues apart of that. the house and location is fantastic !
