Heated Pool & Putting Green: Chandler Home!

We're so glad the property worked out perfectly for your group. It's wonderful to hear the home felt clean and welcoming from the moment you arrived, and that the parking, neighborhood, and pool area with the movable umbrella shades added to the experience. We put a lot of thought into making the space great for both indoor and outdoor entertaining, so it means a lot that it came through during your stay. Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback and for recommending the property to others looking for a central Phoenix location.

What a wonderful reason to gather everyone together, and we're so glad the space worked out perfectly for your son's wedding celebration. Hearing that the house exceeded expectations and the bedrooms had plenty of room for the whole family means a lot. So happy you had such an enjoyable time!

Joseph, we're sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. After your stay, the homeowner inspected the pool heater and found that it was not working properly. They apologize for this inconvenience and have since had it repaired. Since the home has central heating that can be adjusted to every guest's desired temperature, the fireplace is not offered as an amenity. Additionally, we also do not advertise the jets in the bathtub because they are currently inoperable, however, the owner is looking into repairing these as well. The homeowner provides a box of tissues and a full spice rack, but we're sorry if these were missed. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out with any issues that may occur. Your guest contact would have been happy to assist you while you were still at the property, and Evolve is here to support our travelers 7 days a week. Best, the Evolve Team
