My 1-Bedroom 'Fireplace Suite' condominium is located at the Everline Resort and Spa and is being rented directly by the me the owner. The rental is not associated with Everline Resort & Spaās rental program. You will have access to the front desk for key card. All other issues and/or complaints concerning the condominium unit or your stay should be made directly to me and not to the Everline front desk or housekeeping.
My newly remodeled (Nov. 2025) one-bedroom "Fireplace Suite" sleeps up to 4 with a king bed in a private bedroom and a queen memory gel foam sofa sleeper in the living area with new black out honey comb shades on the windows. The two teal chairs in the living room are push back recliners, perfect for relaxing in after a great ski day.
The kitchenette has a 2 burner cook top, microwave, 10-n-1 Ninja flip toaster oven (perfect for pizza, chicken wings, etc.), mini refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, table/eating area, 2 LCD televisions with pay movie and game service, free internet, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and extra electrical outlets near the bed.
From your room you have gorgeous views of the mountain, trees and the beautiful third fairway and putting green of the property's golf course through the grand picture window. Upscale appointments such as custom furnishings with rich tones, warm stain colors, natural slate, tumbled limestone, granite and natural iron come together to provide the perfect mountain getaway. Adding to your comfort is a sofa sleeper with a comfortable foam mattress, two comfortable recliners, fluffy comforters and pillows, a gas-fireplace with stone surround and wood mantle, LCD flat panel TV/s, and high-speed wireless internet.
If interested in a 2-bedroom OPTION, please call or send me a message for Availability, Prices, Total Cost. The 2-Bedroom option is a higher cost as it includes the 1-Bedroom Fireplace Suite and the Deluxe Queen Rm that has 2 Queen beds, desk, small fridge and microwave (VRBO #135569).
Use of the pools, spas, access to daily recreation, poolside activities & lawn games, internet in the room, shuttle to and from the Village and more are included with the Resort fee which is currently $55/day and included in the price total.
Parking: Valet $65 per night, Self Park $35 per night. If you bring a vehicle, these fees are not included in the price and will have to be paid to the resort directly. Parking fees are subject to change.
