My daughters and I just got home from our stay at this wonderful place! The location was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay there it was quite and relaxing

It was a very nice place to stay especially on such short notice the beds slept really good the only thing I would change is I would have a Queen size bed instead of the bunks it was a little bit warmer because the bed on top blocked the air flow

Soothing location and rental

Great! Such a beautiful location, and the rental was well done in furniture, appliances, and cooking equipment; the clothes washer and dryer were a big help. Very little issues in this rental if itā€™s for a couple, or a small family. We stayed there for two weeks and enjoyed the views and the beach and the folks there.

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen well stocked and extra supplies on hand ie toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent etc. Great location, close to restaurants and golf. Condos quiet as well. Great view.

Enjoyed staying at Nautical Watch! Everyone was very friendly, beach was gorgeous, pool was nice and clean. Only thing we didn't like was trying to sleep in bunk beds; not enough support for adults. Otherwise, we had an awesome week! Thank you!

Very cozy condo

The condo was very clean and neat. The place needs some updates but overall very functional. The best part is the view from the balcony. There is nothing between the condo and the beach. If you can take advantage of the kitchen by cooking your own meals you wonā€™t need to get in your car during your stay. The only downside to this s rental is the guy in charge of the complimentary beach chairs. (Jimmy) He can be a hard pill to swallow with his used car like personality. Other than that this is a great place to stay.

Easy access with electronic lock. Communication with manager easy and questions answered quickly. Beach was pristine and not crowded. Enjoyed condo except for bathroom, which I would call ā€œokā€.

This condo is steps from the beach and is in a great location. It fit our needs perfectly and we will definitely be back again. The owner is super friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The best VIEW on the beach

I canā€™t express how easy the entire process was from beginning to end. This unit met every search criteria; the main one was a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the sites and sounds of the ocean. Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay at Nautical Watch and unit A-6!

A beautiful place to rest

This is located in the lower lagoon of the beach which had damage from Hurricane Michael last year. Work is being done which should be completed very soon. Our unit still needed some trim work that needed to be replaced. That being said, we have stayed in many condos on the beach and this was one of our favorites. We had never stayed in a condo that was only three floors. We were on the second floor and it became our perfect happy place. It is easy to walk down two flights of stairs, go to your left and enter the white sands of the beach. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a beautiful pool, and the condo was super clean. Joe was our contact person and he was great to work with and took care of all our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view!

The condo was pretty much as advertised, except for damage from the hurricane, which wasnā€™t shown on the site. However, the owner did communicate it to me before my arrival so that there were no surprises, which I appreciated it. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had prior to my arrival. The condo was very clean. And it had an amazing view! It was also very close to the beach. Just steps away! One aggravating thing to note is that the rental chairs took up the entire front row of beach in front of the property. Which meant if you didnā€™t pay to rent a chair, you had to go down the beach a ways to find a front spot. All of the other complexes we noticed had their rental chairs pulled back, allowing for personal chairs/items to be in the front row. We heard multiple complaints from people about this through the week. It was aggravating and seemed very unfair. Parking was fine; however, we got a nasty note on our truck from ā€œmaintenanceā€ one day for being over the ā€œyellow safety line.ā€ ?? I drive a Ford F-150. I backed into a spot and, in order not to be sticking out in the middle of the parking lot, backed into the spot like anyone normally would. My tires were not even touching the curb. And nowhere was there a sign saying not to have your vehicle hanging over the ā€œyellow safety line,ā€ which I still think was an odd way to state it. Additionally, there were multiple other cars and trucks who were over this line and none of them had notes on their vehicles that we saw. Weird. Another thing to make note of is that there are no elevators in the building. I had just gotten off crutches the week prior, due to a sports-related knee injury/surgery, and the 3 flights of stairs up and down to our unit every day was rough, to say the least. Luckily, I am in good shape and was able to compensate with my good leg, but it should be noted somewhere that there are no elevators. This also made it difficult unloading and loading the truck with a weekā€™s worth of vacation gear for four children. I heard others complaining about the lack of an elevator as well. Overall, we were very happy with this unit and condominium complex and will likely return in the future.

PROS: great view, quiet/peaceful location, unit was clean, easy access to beach CONS: half the drywall was missing on 1 wall in the living room exposing electrical wires, sliding door to balcony does not lock, shower knob is broke & needed a screwdriver to turn to hot/cold.

Best view!

My family and I always stay at Nautical Watch but this was our first time in this unit. Check in was easy. The view was awesome and the unit had everything we needed. At first I was worried about the bunk beds but they were comfortable and didnā€™t end up being an issue for us. The unit also had two beach chairs and an umbrella, which was very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.
