Swaying palm trees and a vine-covered wooden fence welcome you as you approach the home’s entrance from the covered patio.

The comfortable full-sized bed and two recliners face the flat screen TV with a Roku streaming device. Unwind after your daily adventures and drift off to sleep while watching your favorite movies!

Move freely from the living area into the well-equipped kitchenette, where you can whip up some afternoon snacks using the provided hot plate and microwave.

THE LOCATION

This property is only a mile from the coast and offers easy access to many of the most popular Miami attractions.

Head about 3 miles north to Oleta State Park, where you can rent kayaks or canoes and tour the natural wetlands. While you’re in the area, you can visit the Aventura Mall and choose from a large selection of popular brands and consumer goods.

Great location

We stayed for a week in this lovely studio and were very pleased with it. We had a rental car during our stay, and for us the location of this studio was perfect. We were able to go north and south easily via us-1, which doesn't have tolls. During our stay we visited Everglades, Key West and BB&T Center quite easily. The host, David was very nice and helpful during our stay, and gave us very nice tips where to visit. Studio was clean and comfortable and there were lots of towels and other amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much! -Emma & Sanni-

Everything was fine. I would suggest having hangers, a closet with no hangers in that tiny space is a challenge. The internet was not very good. It was very clean and convient.

Proprietario attento ed appartamentino ben organizzato

David è molto premuroso ed attento. L appartamento è piccolo ma comodo e ben organizzato. La biancheria come asciugamani e lenzuola a disposizione. Unica piccola pecca (almeno per me che dovevo lavorare) è il Wi-Fi che non funziona molto bene. Lo consiglio.

Horrible

Even before we got to our property, David called us letting us know that the property wasn't available on time. Our arrival was delayed, as the unit was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. David also entered our unit with permission on two separated occasions. The last issue we had is that David evicted my boyfriend and I at 12 a.m. because he accidentally doubled booked the unit. We were supposed to leave on Friday march 17, but we were forced to leave at midnight, ten hours prior to our scheduled check-out time. Not only were we forced to leave our unit in the middle of the night, he is now withholding our deposit. This has been a very stressful situation which has resulted in the police and my financial institution getting involved. The actual unit is not great. It's very small and tight, and the bathroom door cannot be closed and there was plumbing issues. To sum up, David is basically trying to scam us out of our deposit. Oh and he did send me an email confirming that he will be giving us back or deposit. This was not the case. If you want honesty and security DO NOT rent this unit. I still don't have my deposit, two weeks after the fact. I'm still dealing with vrbo, the police and The Toronto Star.

We visited Miami for 7 days and had a pleasant stay for the whole time. The Studio is a good choice if you are not planning the typical beach-vacation, but if you want to do day trips. If you rent a car, this is a great place to stay. You can park right in front of your house, no stressful searching for a parking lot. It's 2minutes to Biscayne Blvd. From this main road you can easily reach every spot you want to reach. The Studio itself is clean, well equipped and has everything you might need (Air conditioning,towels, wifi etc.). We haven't been at home a lot, so the size of the studio was okay for us. If you want some more space, look for the second studio at this address. David had shown us the second one, and it's beautiful. By the way, David is the reason for the fifth star. Great service, easy communication and a big help to find the good stuff to do in Miami. He's a good guy.

Fantastic stay!

The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. David made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The location is great - right near shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and easy access to the highways. David is a great host and goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place to stay in North Miami.

Great Value in North Miami area!

We stayed a week (from 5/18-5/25/16) in David's studio and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive place that is just a short distance from all that Miami and Miami Beach have to offer. It is located right off US Route 1 in the town of North Miami Beach, which is a few miles north of Miami and south of Aventura and Ft Lauderdale. Although very small, the studio is carefully laid out and thoughtfully furnished to make it very comfortable. There is also a small outside patio with table and chairs, where we could eat breakfast & snacks or just sit and read in partial shade. David is a great host! He checked in on us a number of times during our stay and was readily available if we had questions or needed anything. Parts of the surrounding location are older/dated trailer homes, but improving (many newer shopping malls on Route 1 and a planned upscale condo complex close by). Also, be aware that there are no beaches within walking distance if that is important for you (it wasn't for us), although there are nearby beaches on the other side of the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive south to Miami Beach itself. There are a number of parks nearby, as well. David has a larger vacation rental on the other side of the same house that is also reasonably priced (if available), for anyone looking for a bit more space. All in all, we found the "cozy" studio to be perfect for a couple wanting a base from which to explore Miami/Miami Beach.

AMAZING Place and Host!

I can't say enough about how much David cares for this place, but also for his guests. He constantly goes above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory experience. it shows in his interactions during the reservation process, as well as when checking in. Then, upon entering the studio, it shows even more in the way he presents it. It was clean, fresh, and a lot of new things were evident, as if I was the first guest. Throughout the stay, he was readily available and even checked in to make sure everything was going well. He was extremely flexible with my changing schedule, too. If you are going to be in this area, you've got to stay here. It's got all you need and very close to a lot of things. David exceeded my expectations and I hope to be able to stay here again while in the area. Thanks so much, David!!

Accommodating Host in North Miami!

We are a retired couple who decided to make a trip to southern Florida at the last minute! We were lucky to be able to book David's studio in North Miami. We found him to be an extremely accommodating and available host. He went out of his way to help us throughout our 5 day stay. The studio was very compact and well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, water bottles in the refrigerator, kitchen supplies and places to store our belongings. The studio is rather small and we spent most of our time there sleeping or eating at the small table outside. The studio is located near a major highway that accesses everything. We took day trips to South Miami Beach, Zoo Miami, Haulover Beach and Oleta State Park. We are avid walkers and swimmers and found we needed to have a car to do the things we wanted. There is little within walking distance of the studio. The studio was very clean and we felt safe parking our car right outside. There is a supermarket nearby and many restaurant options within a ten minute drive. We appreciated David's suggestions and helpfulness during our stay! If we were to return to North Miami, we would hope to stay with David again.

Zweckmäßig und preiswert

Für den kurzen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten, während unseres Florida-Roadtrips, war dieses kleine Apartment zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Dazu war es noch die preiswerteste Bleibe, im doch etwas teueren Raum Miami, die wir im Internet finden konnten. Ich denke auch Backpacker sind hier gut aufgehoben - vorzugsweise wenn man alleine unterwegs ist. Wir waren zu zweit dort und es war doch schon sehr kuschelig aufgrund der Größe des Raumes. Die Abwicklung über das Homeaway-Portal und die FeWo-App war einfach und der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat prima funktioniert. Ebenso die Bezahlung war Einwandfrei über FeWo-Direkt. Nun ein paar Details zum Apartment: Die Tür des Badezimmers ist derart nahe am WC, sodass man diese nicht verschliessen kann während der Benutzung des WC's. Ohnehin handelt es sich bei der Badezimmertüre nur um eine Kleiderschranktüre mit Sichtschlitzen. Wer also in Ruhe bzw. alleine sein Geschäft erledigen möchte, sollte seinen eventuellen Mitbewohner solange nach draussen schicken. In der Wohnung selbst mangelt es an nicht viel, Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie z.B. Spülmittel, Besteck, Pfanne, Teller, Handtücher usw. sind vorhanden, wennauch nicht mehr alles das neuste ist, es ist generell sauber. Ein Aldi ist ca. 8 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto. Weitere Geschäfte sind ebenfalls im nahen Umkreis. Die Lage ist abseits von der Hauptverkehrsstraße und somit eigentlich ruhig. Bis auf den Zug, der nachts mit einem Affentempo und seiner dröhnenden Fanfare den kompletten Bezirk aus dem Schlaf reißt. Manchmal hupt auch um ca. 4 Uhr morgens der Schulbus vor der Türe. Das Müllabfuhrauto macht sich ebenfalls bemerkbar in den frühen Morgenstunden. Den laut rappelnden Kühlschrank könnte der Vermieter aber mal austauschen. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und Hilfsbereit, ein echt symphatischer Kerl kann man sagen. Er wohnt nebenan und pflegt sein Grundstück ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Für Tipps und Fragen steht er jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Fazit: Wer keine großen Ansprüche hat, nachts einen tiefen Schlaf besitzt und eine günstige Bleibe im Raum Miami sucht, der ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Ein Auto ist sowieso Pflicht. So erreicht man alles was man braucht inkl. der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. den Ocean-Drive oder Downtown, je nach Verkehrslage, in relativ kurzer Zeit.

The perfect Miami hideaway

This cozy little studio is everything a small party could ask for! If you're in Miami, then you're not here to sit in your rental the whole time. This home is centrally located within a 5 minute walk of public transportation that can take you anywhere you're wanting to go, for next to nothing. A short stroll and you can find yourself shopping, or at a nearby park. Leave the car at home, and save money from avoiding a rental. Stocked with everything you need for your stay, the bed and pillows are comparable to a quality hotel, at a fraction of the nearby costs. Rough day? A rain style shower head will wash it, or the sand and salt from a beach day, away. Property owner goes above and beyond anything you'll find anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

Paradise

It was Absolutely Perfect!! We celebrated both our birthdays there and got engaged all during our week stay!!!!We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and loved the cozy neighborhood. This is such a cozy little gem.David was very professional and made us feel at ease with the entire process. This place is Perfect for a couples getaway . We would Love to stay here again whenever in town and would Definitely recommend.

This is a nice and cozy little efficiency in the heart of North Miami. The unit was very well stocked with needed supplies, towels etc. It was also very affordable. The property manager was also very reachable and attentive.

David's Rental North Miami Beach

It was very clean and tidy. We liked the rain showerhead.we managed to cook with what pots and pans that were there. David made sure we had everything that we needed. I had a hip replaced and I couldn't sit on the couch so David brought me a chair to use while we were there. Thank you David for a great week and if we ever go to North Miami again we will be calling you. If any of our friends are going to Miami we'll recommend that cute little spot of yours David. While we were there I went on the Miami Helicopter tours! it was fabulous, 15 mins. wasn't long enough.

Efficient, Clean, and Close to the Beach!

My husband and I spent a week at David's apartment in North Miami… It was very clean, well maintained and we would return for another visit. David is an excellent manager, and was very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beaches.
