Ideally situated along the scenic cross-country ski trail and just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, this 1,700-square-foot retreat is part of the popular Park Avenue Condominiums community. Located within easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops—and just steps from Park City’s free city-wide bus route—this is the perfect Park City lodging option that puts you right in the heart of everything. Air conditioning throughout keeps summer stays cool and comfortable.
Inside, this silver-rated townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and open dining area, a cozy living room, and a convenient half bath on the main level. Upstairs, four private bedrooms and two full bathrooms comfortably accommodate families or groups. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one double bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
This Park City vacation rental also includes a private washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Whether you're unwinding after a long day on the slopes or relaxing between summer adventures, Park Avenue #245-1757 offers the perfect space to recharge.
Guests also enjoy access to community amenities including a seasonal outdoor heated pool (opened Memorial Day through Labor Day; closed Fall and Winter), year-round community hot tub, sauna, shower and changing facilities, and carport parking. An on-site laundry room adds extra convenience for longer stays.
Guests check in through our convenient Direct to Condo process by completing a brief pre-registration form prior to arrival. Please note that housekeeping services are not included but may be arranged in advance for a fee. This is a no-smoking, no-pets property.

Convenient Stay in Park City!!
The property was the perfect location and just what our group needed for a wonderful trip!! The space was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We loved having carport parking and being so close to the base of the mountain and shopping and dining. The condo community was quiet and the view of the snow covered golf course everyday was dreamy. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable and could be improved but that was the only downside to this condo. The communication with the property manager was exceptional and we would definitely stay here again in the future!!
