Glass doors connect this space to an undercover patio with alfresco dining and onto the grassy, landscaped garden where kids can play. The adjacent dining room, seating eight, flows into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and coffee machine for your convenience.

The separate games room offers hours of entertainment, with a ping pong table, TV/DVD setup, a sofa bed, and air conditioning. This space opens onto another outdoor deck with dining for eight and a BBQ, perfect for making memorable family get-togethers.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, workspace, and ensuite, while another queen bedroom and a third with two bunk beds provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms are well-appointed, one offering a bath and shower plus a toilet handrail for added convenience.

Internal laundry facilities come in handy and driveway parking is available for up to two cars.
