Well kept and welcoming place

Place was very nice and clean. Amenities were what we needed, coffee, grill and a fireplace with plenty of wood. Would be happy to stay again

Very comfortable and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried that it was going to be too far away from the mountain but it was really easy to get to Beaver Creek and to get back. We really enjoyed our stay

Excellent stay!

Unit was well accommodating and comfortable for our group of 6. The location was great - close access to the slopes, public transportation, walking distance to restaurants and the park in the back was enjoyable even in the winter. Parking was great as well.

This condo had everything we needed for our ski vacation. The location was central to both Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. Would highly recommend this condo.

We had a great stay at this property. It was just as advertised and we had no issues. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, which we really appreciated! All was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view of the yard and lake. Ski access was easy once we figured out the shuttle system. We’d definitely stay again.

Graduation celebration trip

The property was perfect for my family. Two adult children with us that had just graduated from high school and college and the location was great. We had so much fun and the place was clean and beautifully furnished. Highly recommend!

My wife and kids and I came to stay for five nights to ski four days at Beaver Creek. Location was ideal to catch the shuttle to take you to Avon station to grab the gondola to take you to beaver Creek base area. I had a great time beautiful clean home would definitely recommend a stay.

Great stay!

We were in Avon for our son's lacrosse tournament. This was a beautiful, clean space - perfect for our family. A great location too with nearby stores and restaurants. Great view and walk-out to the nearby park. The condo stayed cool in the warm weather and the owners provide fans, which is great! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

We were in Avon for our son's lacrosse tournament for a week in June. The condo was fresh, clean and a great location! Very comfortable for our family with the necessities we needed and stores close-by for other items. An updated space with beautiful views and great, walking access to the nearby park. We would definitely stay again!

The location and conditions of the condo is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Avon and Beaver Creek Resort, and free shuttle service to Vail. The condo provides easy access to restaurants and recreation hike the mountains that surround, and then jump on a tube for a float in Nottingham Lake which adjoins the propprnderful spot for a perfect vacation

Girls Getaway

We had a girls get away for my Mom’s 70th birthday! This Avon condo was perfect for the time we had there. Close to Vail & Beaver Creek. We enjoyed exploring both resorts and then relaxing by the lake in the afternoon or evening. The condo was very well stocked for the items we needed to cook some meals. My teenage girls loved all of the games in the closet. It was very homey & clean. Highly recommend!

Very nice place!

Spacious clean 2/2 w all u need! Stayed a wk for skiing w family. Close to everything. 1st floor convenient easy access. Plenty of extras if forgot something which was very nice. Incl w/d. Only very minor issue - after long day skiing the hot water runs out kinda fast. Great water pressure though!

Zero Complaints

Everything was easy and clean and well appointed. Quiet and convenient location. With access to a big outdoor area for the kids to play in the snow or walk to the park playground. It was only a 6 minute (adult) walk to the skier express bus. Short 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Stairs getting to and from the unit were no issue at all and parking was 1 minute walk in a covered parking garage.

Perfect Location

I couldn’t have been happier. This was our first time In Colorado. The condo was perfect. Great location. The back door opened up to a beautiful, shared yard that led right to a lake, volleyball, and a playground. There were many activities to enjoy. I did a lot of cooking because of my daughter’s diet. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. The location is pretty central to fun expeditions. We went rafting, zip lining, and horseback riding. We will definitely stay again.

Everything we needed!!!

This was the perfect location. We loved being on the 1st floor. We could walk directly out the back right to the lake. There was paddle boarding, paddle boats, swimming, volleyball, an amazing playground. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with an allergy kid. There was a binder on the table that was helpful too. We were located around all our activities. We went white water rafting, zip lining, and horseback riding. We would definitely come back.

Great choice!

Extremely comfortable, everything you could need, really feel like your staying at your best friends house that they set up perfectly for you to enjoy yourself and be at home. The front door is not too far from the parking spot and the stairs aren’t the worst. Backyard to the lake view is very peaceful. Highly recommend!

Spacious and comfortable condo

Great condo for our family of 4! Much bigger than we thought it would be and super warm and comfortable with plush beds and the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of bath towels and also areas to put winter gear (boots, jackets etc.) I will mention the stairs from the unit up to the road and parking garage are steep and much much farther than expected. We would have also expected the unit to be a bit cleaner. Overall a great place to stay and we would return for winter and summer!

Nottingham Park Unit

We stayed at the above location for the month of March. It served our needs very well - i.e. lots of room for two people, well equipped kitchen with good working appliances, newer remodelled kitchen, good washer and dryer, comfortable bed and linens and homey atmosphere. The location facing the lake and on the park with a short walk into town or the bus stop was ideal. We felt it was very good value for the price. The building is somewhat old with stairs we avoided to enter the building as they are slippery and at an odd angle. Dangerous for anyone older, but this is noted in the add. There is an alternate walkway to enter the unit. Having said that, the caretaker was diligent in keeping the snow removed from the walkways and keeping it as safe as possible, but I feel the stairs need to be dealt with. Overall, a good experience for us.
