The Nugget sits on the back of the property shared with Coveside, a brand new 3 bedroom cottage and the two can be rented together or separately.

This cottage has views of Mackerel Cove and the public beach of Mackerel Cove is just across the street. Mackerel Cove is a working cove, so you can watch the lobster boats come and go and buy your lobsters right off the dock. There is also a public boat launch at Mackerel Cove.

Everything in the Nugget is new- appliances, windows, furniture. It consists of two rooms plus a bathroom and closet. The main room has a kitchen with breakfast bar, a table for dining and a sofa and chair.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a bureau and a generous closet. There is also a tv mounted on the wall.
The bathroom is newly remodeled and has a generous shower.
The washer/dryer is located in the bedroom closet in the Nugget.
The Nugget has 1 parking space allocated to it.
There is a roomy deck with Adirondack chairs which is lovely spot to enjoy a drink or read a book. The gardens are beautifully planted. There is a gas grill.

The Bailey Island General Store, Library Hall and other Bailey Island amenities are a a short walk.
