Happy Tails , 55 Pantowora Street - pet friendly, air conditioned
Welcome to Happy Tails, your pet-friendly haven nestled in the serene suburb of Corlette. This lovely holiday home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, providing ample living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also offers two convenient car parking spaces and eagerly welcomes your furry friend.
Ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season, Happy Tails is equipped with both heating and reverse-cycle air conditioning. Experience the freedom of culinary expression in the fully equipped kitchen, armed with all essential appliances, including a coffee machine for all coffee aficionados. A laundry room equipped with both a washer and dryer ensure that your stay is as convenient as possible.
The lounge room is well-appointed with a television, Wii and Xbox gaming console, to offer ample entertainment options. And, of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the home to keep you connected to the outside world.
The property features a spacious garden where children can play in full view, and the enclosed yard ensures peace of mind for pet owners. The fences are not high, so the yard is not suitable for dogs that like to jump
Located in the back section of the house is the spacious private main bedroom which has a ceiling fan, TV, DVD, walk through robe and ensuite. There are two bedrooms in the front section of the house, both having ceiling fans and the main bathroom has no bath but there is a separate toilet.
There is only one step leading into the main bedroom which makes it perfect for the older or younger holiday maker. This house is in a residential street of Corlette and is only a flat 400m stroll to the water’s edge, this property certainly ticks all the boxes.
There is a $200 security deposit required prior to arrival.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
