Plattens comfortably accommodates up to five guests with two spacious bedrooms and main bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity located upstairs. The main bedroom features a Queen-sized bed with ceiling fan, whilst the second bedroom hosts 2 King Single beds with ceiling fan, perfectly tailored to a family or a group of friends.
Beyond the rooms, the rest of the duplex is a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. Upstairs also has a living/ dining area featuring a reverse cycle air-conditioner and complemented by ceiling fans, a big screen Smart TV and DVD player, guaranteeing endless entertainment. Downstairs has the second living area with a double sofa bed and second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all you need, from a dishwasher and microwave oven to crockery and cutlery. The duplex also offers a gas BBQ and alfresco dining area on the outdoor balcony with stunning views of little beach, a perfect position for evening relaxation watching the sunsets.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The unit was in a good location. The garage door remote did not work. We chased another up from the agent and the battery was flat on that also. The unit was hard to find, tucked behind unit 1. It was not cleaned properly, the balcony had a layer of dirt on, the shower was not wiped down and one light switch had muck all over it. Once cleaned by us and the battery replaced it was great. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need.

Little beach simplicity
Simple and functional property. Quiet with shaded balcony and 2 min walk to the beach. Easy parking and big garage to put bikes and beach gear in. Living area up stairs , airy and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds upstairs but sofa bed downstairs uncomfortable. No dramas

The location is very good. Great for a holiday with a young child. The beach is very close.
The cleanliness of the property leaves much to be desired. At the first glance it seemed clean but it fact the place was very dusty. Had to dust and vacuum the place. The balcony floor was covered with sand. We still had a great holiday and enjoyed the location but when you pay the price we paid you expect the place to be clean and don’t expect to start your holiday vacuuming and dusting.

Great spot and very comfortable
This has been our second time we have stayed here and will be rebooking for next May and again October, when we are sure of our dates.

Great location- easy walk to 2 beaches

Nice and clean property
We stayed here for 4 nights and were all pleased with the property, the owner has made quality renovations making our stay very comfortable. The location is nice and peaceful. We will definitely keep this one on our list for a return visit.
