Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival MUST check in at our office by 6pm!
Late arrivals must be approved and arranged at the time of booking.

This Darling 1 Bedroom Beach Villa, which sleeps 4, is perfect for your family vacation! With a queen bed in the bedroom & a sleeper sofa in the living room, there is plenty of room for everyone! This colorfully decorated condo comes complete with a FULL KITCHEN which is FULLY EQUIPPED with everything that you would need to cook & dine in at the beach.

Located at BLUE WATER VILLAS, the condo is ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN (second row) and just steps to the beach. It has a limited view of the Ocean through the city park next to Bluewater Resort. Hurl Rock Park and the William Bartram Trail historical marker, are across the street next door to the Bluewater Resort building. It comes with ample parking having a 3 story parking garage steps away from the condo's front door! Close to everything you might want to do, this resort is approximately 20 blocks South of Downtown Myrtle Beach and 1.8 miles from MB Airport.

ENJOY THE LARGE BALCONY while kids are in the pool or in the lazy river. Hot tub onsite too. Blue Water Villas is the sister resort to Blue Water Resort so you can access the several pools and hot tubs, snack bar, game room, sauna, and gym.

You can ENJOY THE BEACH or THE MYRTLE BEACH AREA which features numerous CHAIN & LOCAL RESTAURANTS, GOLF COURSES, SHOPPING and ATTRACTIONS which are within minutes! Take a ride on Blackbeard's Pirate Ship, The MB Sky Wheel or go dolphin watching on The Sea Screamer!

BROADWAY AT THE BEACH, a short drive away, features Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Ripley's Aquarium (Don't miss the mermaid show!), Fireworks, Speedboat Rides, Outdoor Events & Activities, along with numerous other restaurants and shops. Livelier activities nearby include: Broadway Grand Prix Speed Park or Myrtle Waves Water Park.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 IS REQUIRED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN**

ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HELD TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
