This property is in a 17-story building that puts you and your guests in the place to be in Lima and at the doorstep of Huallamarca Museum & Ruins. This property offers a two-bedroom and two baths and a family room. The bedrooms are fully furnished with the high-end quality bed linen. The bathrooms have marble vanities as well as porcelain tiles. Upon entry of the 1400 sq. ft. apartment, you will enjoy the ambiance of fine classic details, furnishings, and style. The windows from floor to ceiling reveal wonderful views of the San Isidro Golf and the Huallamarca Archeological site. Located within the apartment, there is a handsome dining room that seats 6 to 8 people comfortably. Hardwood floors, delicate curtains, and the finest renovation are on the show.

The Family room shows a fully integrated smart television, blue ray video, printer, and extended Wi-Fi area. The eat-in kitchen at the center of the apartment is replete with quality stainless steel appliances. The laundry room holds an imported washer and dryer.

Wonderful apartment!

We stayed in this marvelous apartment for 5 days and could not have been better. Location, cleanliness, owner, and beautiful! We were two couples, the bedrooms as well as the bathrooms were very well stacked and very pleasant. As I said it could not have been better!

Perfect Location; Excellent Apartment

Yolanda was easy to work with and very accommodating. Two couples needed two bedrooms and two bathrooms and this was perfect. It was also close to our friends, so it was doubly perfect. The maid came twice to clean and replace towels, change sheets, etc., which was delightful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a week in Lima.

Excellent location and wonderful owner!

The condo is in one of the nicest and safest areas in Lima. I walked everywhere—restaurants and shops nearby. Cecilia went over and above to ensure everything was in working order—no detail too small. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Highly, highly recommend. I know that I will be back😊

6 Weeks of Excellence!

During our extended visit to Perú, this apartment was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, conveniently located, and an overall pleasure to come home to each and every day. This host was very communicative and attentive to our every need – although we really wanted for nothing. The housekeeping staff was prompt and very professional. We highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay for an extended time in the San Isidro area of Lima!

Home away from home

Would t know where to start ... Amazing place , perfect location, clean , well maintained , well managed , and can go on and on how happy we are . After having a bad experience in the past we were apprehensive about renting a place in Lima . After finding this place and going through the rental process , we realized we were dealing with someone serious and responsible . Our 41 days stay in Lima was amazing because this place felt like a second home to us . The place was always impeccable , everything worked , full kitchen equipped , all new bathrooms , Windows clean and lots of natural light . All bedroom sheets and towels were white and clean , even soap and toothpaste was provided . The owner Yolanda went above and beyond to make us feel at home and I will be always greatful to her and the managers about making us feel welcomed. We are a professional couple that are used to have a clean and functioning space , we had it all in this unit . If you are looking for a place to stay in Lima , look no further ! Thank you so much Yolanda and please thank Juliana for us . Cheers

Wonderful place to stay!

We could not have been more pleased with the apartment. The location was perfect. We were able to walk or catch an Uber easily. We felt very safe. The amenities were great. Everything we needed. It was so nice for my friend and I to each have a bedroom and bathroom! She was in contact with us upon arrival and departure and for any questions we had in between. She arranged airport pickup and dropoff for us as well. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for anyone who wants a beautiful hassle free stay!

Concierge service!

Mrs. Brown, the landlord, was wonderfully attentive to all of our needs. In particular what I found special was her speed to help with ideas for our trip that had nothing to do with the property itself. From shopping to wonderful restaurants, suggestions for a trustworthy driver to a staff at the house, we felt taken care of and cared for. Thank you Ceci for your attention to detail! This is truly a five star property!

In the quiet, upscale neighborhood of San Isidro in Lima, is a fashionably furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable condominium apartment. The apartment is well maintained with bright views of the neighborhood. The owner could not be more helpful in her quest to make your vacation as near to perfect as possible. For those wanting to cook, the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is within easy reach of most of the tourist attractions and shopping using Uber or licensed taxis. The neighborhood is safe and wonderful for long walks and proximity to good cafés and restaurants. We stayed for six weeks and would certainly go back.

Un excellent pied à terre à Lima

Appartement très confortable avec équipement de qualité et une literie haut de game. Jolie vue sur San Isidro depuis cet 11ème étage. Le quartier est très prisé par les liméniens qui cherchent le calme et la beauté des parcs autour (El Olivar, Roosevelt) ainsi que les commerces de proximité (calle Conquistadores, calle Miguel Dasso, calle Pardo y Aliaga). On est pas loin de Miraflores et de Barranco. Yolanda, la propriétaire, a été adorable et très réactive.

Beautiful apartmen

This property is beautiful, we stayed 3 nights after 2 weeks traveling in Perú, here you can find everything you need, the location is wonderful, close to many good restaurants, at the same time with the quiet you need to rest at night, Yolanda , our host is so helpful, we need to get earlier than regular time to check in and they were waiting for us, very comfy beds and to have washer and dryer (separate) was a plus, well equipped apartment, next time we will go to Perú, I will rent this apartment again, we felt like in our house. Thank you for everything Yolanda.

Great apartment, great location, comfortable beds and fantastic communication from management

We stayed at Brown’s apartment while in Lima and had a fantastic experience. The location is great. Top neighborhood in Lima. Very easy to get an Uber anywhere from there. It’s also located right on the edge of the golf course, which is a great running course. The apartment was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable (which is super important), quiet, and spacious. It also was extremely well equipped, including washer and dryer. Wi-Fi was solid, which can be important if you need to work, communicate, etc. Overall a fantastic experience.

It was good and pleasant

Location is ideal. Clean and sharp. Very good beds and linens. Furnitures are comfortable and not ce besides being old style. Owner was helpful and very kind. We would go back while in Lima!!!

Great location in San Isidro

Everything you need for a short or extended stay. The apartment is well appointed, beautifully furnished and comfy wonderful beds. The neighborhood is safe and spotless. I would have liked a little more information and direction on nearby money changers, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance. (maybe a hand drawn neighborhood map) The location is in a safe and spotless neighborhood. All the embassies and Lima Country Club are close by. Taxi run from 15 - 18 soles to the downtown historical district. One thing we found that wasn't in any tourbook was the changing of the guard at the presidential palace, it is an amazing ceremony. Everyday at noon! It's a must see. Lima is filled with history, museums, shopping and great food. Close to the Indian Market (great place for Peruvian goods) is a local seafood restaurant called Bam Bam..... excellent. If you want to dine with the locals this is the place. (they have two other locations)

Wonderful stay in San Isidro

We travel to Peru several times a year and have stayed in various apartment rentals. This by far was one of our favorites and will most certainly be looking forward to booking it again. The apartment was tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. All the amenities we could have asked for were there! The great thing about San Isidro is how quiet it is, and how safe it feels. We were able to walk to some of our favorite restaurants and the local super market. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood

Cecilia is a gracious and thoughtful host. the apartment is every bit as lovely as the pictures indicate, maybe more so. Everything was just right, from the delicious fresh fruit and tamales that were waiting for us, to the deliciously comfortable beds. The decor is tasteful, there was plenty of room -- it felt like home for the brief time we were in Lima. I would gladly stay there again.

Wonderful apartment!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment on our first visit to Peru. We had visited Macchu Pichu and were staying in Lima for a week to visit with friends afterwards. The apartment is like being at home- very comfortable, well kept, great kitchen, nice view of the golf course and most of all, comfortable beds! We were able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants nearby at any time and felt safe. Catching a cab was easy, and don't forget to haggle the price before you get in- that's how it's done in Lima. Yolanda was great to talk to- so friendly and accommodating! She had a few items ready for us so that we didn't have to rush to the store-what a treat! Her housekeeper Julia was very pleasant and kept everything spotless.I highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again in the future.

Great apartment. Great location. Great service.

I visited Lima with my wife and parents and we had a wonderful stay at this great apartment. The five days we stayed in Lima flew by extremely quickly, in great part because everything ran so smoothly. When we arrived, the owner had provided much more than we expected, which made our visit extremely pleasant. We were able to walk to most places, including restaurants, shops and the supermarket. Also, it's very easy to get a taxi right outside of the building. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lima, for either work or vacation.

El departamento es excelente y está tal y como se puede observar en las fotos. Hemos estado durante 13 días por trabajo y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Es moderno, muy limpio, bien decorado, con todas las comodidades y con unas espectaculares vistas sobre el campo de golf ¡mas urbano del mundo¡. Está muy bien ubicado, queda en medio de Lima a un a distancia equidistante de casi todos los barrios más céntricos. , en una zona muy segura y tranquila, rodeada de parques y jardines. A apenas 10 minutos andando están las calles Libertadores y Conquistadores, y El Olivar, una zona de mucha vida social, con pequeños restaurantes, tiendas y todo tipo de servicios. La propietaria, es encantadora y está muy pendiente de todo . Realmente nos garantizó una estancia muy agradable. Lo recomendamos para quienes quieran estar en un sitio bien ubicado, super- cómodo, muy bonito, con estilo, limpio y muy agradable. Sin duda, una magnífica opción para vivir en Lima. Repetiremos¡¡

Seran siempre bien recibidas! Translation of the Guests Comments in English: The Department is excellent and as you can see in the photos. We have been for 13 days for work and we felt at home. Is modern, very clean, nicely decorated, with all comforts and with spectacular views over the golf course more urban world.!! Very well located, is in the midst of Lima to a distance equidistant from almost all of the most centrally located districts. in a very safe and quiet area, surrounded by parks and gardens. Just 10-minute walk are the Libertadores streets and conquerors, and olive grove, an area of much social life, with small restaurants, shops and all kinds of services. The owner is lovely and is very aware of everything. Actually guaranteed us a very pleasant stay. We recommend it for those who want to be in a site located, super - comfortable, very nice, stylish, clean and very nice. Without a doubt, a great choice to live in Lima. Repeat!!
