This oceanside home features 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths with plenty of room for a large family. On the upper level you'll find the open great room with flat screen TV, access to the sun deck, dining area with table which seats 10 guests, a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and 3 bar stools, a half bath and the master bedroom. On the mid level are the remaining bedrooms; 2 with queens, 1 with 2 twins and 1 with 2 bunk sets along with a hall bath. Outside, you'll enjoy the large pool (14x33), tiki bar and hot tub. Pool toys and poolside furniture are provided and there's a convenient full bathroom and kitchenette in the pool area.

Duck R Way is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the charming Village of Duck. Poteskeet has a private beach access and is conveniently located close to Downtown Duck and the Duck Town Park. Park amenities include a soundside boardwalk, amphitheater, public kayak/canoe launch, picnic shelter, playground, gazebo, walking trails and summer events. A seven-mile long multi-use path is located on the east side of Duck Road and provides a scenic and safe recreational venue for visitors to enjoy. Pedestrians, bicyclists and in-line skaters share the Duck Trail. This delightful home is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants.

Nice House

Loved the pool area. Everything you need to stay all day! House is very clean and updated. I have no complaints or suggestions to make it better. That is how much we enjoyed our stay. Very short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by.

Great place to stay in Duck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean and well appointed. Close to beach, and easily walkable to town. Great house, only item that could be better is deck by the pool is old and starting to break apart.

Perfect location, excellent house

Very Nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very comfortable for my family. It was clean and well stocked for what we needed. Although I'm glad we brought our own beach chairs, because although the description said they were provided at the house, we did not find any. The pool water was nice and clear, although it didn't appear that it was vacuumed before we arrived. beautiful new decking everywhere except the pool area which is in need of replacing. Nice location and the walk to the beach wasn't bad. I was surprised how narrow the available beach space was. Not much room for people and we weren't even there during peak season! I realize there's nothing anyone can do about that but just thought I'd mention it. It's a short walk to to town for shopping, eating or taking a nice walk on the boardwalk. Overall, really enjoyed our time and stay at the Duck R Way! I would stay here again!

Perfect Location and a Great House

It was as good as hoped for exceeding my expectations from the photos and description. The only thing you should be aware if is that there is only streaming TV --- Roku and Hulu with Netflix...No cable and that was foreign to us ....we adjusted . Location in the ❤ of Duck is perfect. A short walk to everything Duck 8ffers --- and just 2 blocks walk to the beach.
