Luxury Sedona Casita

Come enjoy beautiful Sedona, Arizona in our luxurious, cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath casita, 10 minutes from downtown Sedona and minutes from hundreds of hiking trails and local sports.

Now, enjoy the large outdoor swimming pool as well (May 1- October 1, shared with the main house owners but the main house owners will not be present when guests use the pool)!

The casita features a queen size bed, kitcheonette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster-oven, sink, utensils, dining table and chairs, a full bathroom with tub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner and bath gel are provided. It comfortably accommodates 2 adults. We can accommodate an infant as well.

A smart tv with roku and the major apps (netflix, prime video, etc.) is provided, as well as high speed internet.

It is next to the main house, but has its own private entrance as well as a private area in the back for relaxing. Each guest will get a private code for the electronic lock.

Off-street free parking is provided as well.

The casita is a 5- minute drive to each of two golf courses, the Hilton Sedona, restaurants, shopping, biking and hiking trails.

The pool is available to casita guests between May 1 and October 1, subject to a waiver that is part of the rental agreement.

Please park behind the garage. Trash and leftover food should be deposited in the outdoor trash bins near the RV pad upon departure. Thank you.

There is a microwave oven in the casita. There is no other cooking permitted. Please do not use bring stoves, hotplates or other cooking devices.

Excellent location, far enough away from the tourist part of Sedona, but close enough to participate when you wanted. We took a scenic tour of the area, and I highly recommend the tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the original settlers of the area. We drove around seeing the sights for about two hours. The accommodations were comfortable for two, we had access to the beautiful backyard and pool.

A perfect retreat

The casita was a perfect place to relax and the location made it close to all the sites. Everything we needed was provided. The yard and landscaping was beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful.

The property is beautiful, but the constant emails "gently" reminding you of the check out time was annoying. Not to mention there were no complimentary water bottles, and the emails sent by the property manager have a link to respond. The problem is the link expires in seconds, so you can't respond.

Beautiful spot, excellent location

This property was useful for us while we visited the Sedona, Flagstaff area. We had some questions as the check in date drew near and we realized we didn't have access to the patio until the residents left. Rick worked with to accommodate us and we appreciated that. The Casita patio photo does not do it justice. You can't see it in the photo, but theres a mountain view, which was an unexpected benefit. We had expected to have no view besides perhaps a yard. The Casita itself was a good fit for our needs, especially after we could fully use the pool patio, which also has amazing views. One item to note as this wasn't clear to us, is there's a pdf full waivers, responsibilities, and terms. Its several pages long. What we didn't catch, is the minute you click the book button, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of the pdf. We've never run into that in any other rental. Ultimately it made no difference beyond an initial uneasy feeling. That being said, the hosts were pleasant and very informative.

Our trip up north

I would like to thank the property owner, Richard, for our stay. This was a very important trip for my wife and myself. Fantastic week

This place was as listed plus 10. The views n grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed coffee every morning with a view of the red mountains. It was located perfectly for day hikes and tours. We hiked every morning and sat around the pool in the afternoons. The only problem we had was the traffic in Sedona with so many people wanting just what we wanted and this place was isolated n heaven after the crowds in town. Thanks again for the amazing week at your beautiful home. June n Tim

Lovely Casita

We loved everything about the casita and property. Absolutely beautiful backyard with a perfect red rock view. Enjoyed time in the swing just taking in the view. Pool is great. Casita is exactly as represented. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Neighborhood is very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot in paradise

This was just the perfect place to stay in Sedona. Place was clean, had everything I needed for a perfect spot in paradise! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone that wants a relaxing and seemless vacation spot.

A Little Gem

A lovely casita on beautiful grounds with a spectacular view from the back of the property. Very relaxing and peaceful. Up town Sedona is not far. The host was quick to answer emails and attentive to our needs. Wonderful stay!

Nice accommodations in a good location

In fact, you could sit outside of the Casita and see the beauty right from the back patio area of this property!
