This was a great place to stay. Everything we needed was available.. We visited St. George for thanksgiving and the house was stocked with all the pots, pans and supplies we needed to make thanksgiving dinner. We were a small group but there was plenty of plates and utensils if you had a larger group. The condo was clean upon arrival. Beds were amazingly comfortable.. towels and linens were nice.

The host was very generous. The condo was beautiful. We came down for the high school marching band and it was perfect location.

We had a great time at this condo. It was clean and cool, the beds were very comfortable on my children loved playing at the pools! We would stay at this Vrbo again!

Pleasant stay in St George

We enjoyed this unit as home base to explore. St George has so many beautiful places. The unit/complex is a bit dated but well located and comfortable. This unit was well stocked, comfortable, and in a nice location. It overlooks the family pool. So it can be a little noisy during the day. But, I would stay here again.

Mostly what I expected

I really liked the location of the condo. The condo was just spacious enough, and we loved eating on the balcony that overlooked a courtyard with a pool. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchenware well stocked. Our one complaint is that it was not as clean as we expected. Doors and walls needed to be cleaned and the patio wall was covered in webs and dirt. A glass in the cupboard had lipstick on it.

Will stay again

Our family came to town for my daughter's gymnastics competition. Check in instructions were great and everything went smoothly (the key pad entry was so nice since we had 4 adults and didn't need to share a key). The garage is a nice bonus if you have bikes, etc. The condo is well stocked and after the competition we didn't leave the property. We spent all our time on the balcony or at the pool. The balcony over looked the pool which we loved but if your looking for something more private and quiet might not be for you. We used the grill and barbecued every night. The property also has great walking paths and views. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Convenient stay

The location is convenient and the host was communicative. It had all the amenities needed and was a nicely staged property. The icemaker/filtered water didn’t work, and the recliner in the family room was broken. The dishwasher in the kitchen needs new racks ask they are pretty rusted out and falling apart. The only other negative was the bathroom sinks/tubs were not clean around the drains. Besides that, the entire stay was a positive experience. The bextre.

Great Place

We came here on spring break and we are so glad we did! The location was great to all the pools available and also all the sights were only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, comfy king bed

Family trip for Spring Break. Brought some friends. 5 teenagers in all. It was so great to be able to make some meals so we didn’t have to eat out so much. The unit is great. Comfortable and cozy. The complex is a bit run down and needs more pools & sport courts for the number of units that are there. I would definitely stay here again

Stay somewhere else

Overall, the unit was pretty clean. Easy to get in and out of with the keypad which was nice. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen seemed to be fairly well stocked with various cooking tools. However, the unit was quite dated, and definitely not what I would’ve have expected for what we paid. We stay at a lot of VRBO‘s and this was definitely one of the most dated units. It appears to have never been upgraded since it was built. There were some issues with no access to drinking water. The RO system was there, but was apparently broken. The water filler through the fridge was also broken. One of the couch recliners was also broken which was annoying. We reached out to the owners, and they didn’t seem to want to address any of those issues and suggested we drink tapwater. They never responded to the couch issue. The other real let down was the resort property itself. It was disgusting and falling to pieces. The pools and hot tub were slimy and gross (when they were open) and there was broken metal and broken gates and decaying equipment everywhere. When the slide was open it was fun for my little kids, but it was pretty rickety and the entire thing wobbles and shakes as you climb the stairs. The basketball hopes were missing nets, and facility was totally closed on Thanksgiving, which was frustrating. That probably should’ve been pointed out in the listing, as that was our plans for the trip to play at the facility because we were traveling. Stay somewhere else.

Great complex

This unit could really use new carpet in the bedrooms sand a much easier Wi-Fi password. With that said I would stay here again. Nice beds, furniture well stocked. Quiet. Close proximity to pools and playground.

We have enjoyed vacationing in St George for many years. We live in Northern Utah, and have enjoyed the warmth of Southern Utah when the winters are cold and dreary at home. We have dreamed of having a vacation spot for many decades. This is a beautiful condo, with a beautiful, relaxing view from the deck. We wanted to have a place to call home when we visit St George, and pass this property on to our family for generations to come.

The palm trees on this property makes it feel like you are in Hawaii. It feels like you are in paradise when you sit on the deck enjoying a meal together, visit with family and friends, or relax with a good book. It is a home filled with natural light, and is very bright and sunny. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. You will have access to basketball and pickle ball courts, 6 pools, a splash pad, hot tubs, shuffle board, ping pong, a net for volley ball, an exercise room, and playgrounds for the kids. It has wonderful amenities that are available just a short walk from the front door of our condo.
