Amazing!

This was the 5th annual trip for our work group of 8-10 people and this was by far the nicest place that we have seen to date. Check in was a breeze and Raj was super helpful and attentive to any questions. The place was extremely clean, the amenities were great, and the beds were comfy. Great outdoor area for socializing in the sun as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great house and backyard

We were 8 adult siblings that came to San Jose for a brother’s funeral. The house is well equipped., with 3 1/2 bathrooms. Unfortunately one bathroom had sink stopper that didn’t work and the shower handle to pull on shower came off. We let the owner know and he said he would get them repaired asap.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Jose. It was a great house with lots of space for everyone to spread out. The house was well stocked with all the things we needed for times that we ate in. We also loved the area and walked down to the park that was just down the street. I would love to stay here again the next time that we’re in San Jose.

beautiful house and great host

Raj was very engaging making sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable and making us feel like home. the house is huge and well stocked. everything we needed was in the kitchen. RaJ provided snacks as well. plenty of pillows and extra blankets. soap, shampoo, and other toiletries were also there. very happy with the stay

Pleasant Home Away From Home

House: clean, spacious Location: quiet with nearby shopping centers Owner: awesome The location of this rental is quiet and peaceful. There are a few food/shopping centers nearby and easy to get to from this rental. House is very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The added bonus of making this whole process smooth was due to Raj being so accommodating and nice. Raj was on top of all my questions and concerns and made the entire stay from before entering to leaving smooth.

Great place for family gathering.

House is at nIce neighborhood. About 20-25 minutes from airport. Owner has good taste of house decoration. Big 65 inches TV and big kitchen. We will definitely book this place when visit San Jose area again.

Beautiful home, amazing host, great experience

When we arrived there were snacks, cold drinks, coffee, bottled water and a bottle of wine. The home is large, airy and beautiful. The back yard is great for relaxing after work. I will be staying here again on my next trip to the south bay. I left a jacket in the master bedroom. Our host graciously mailed it back to me for no charge. Much appreciated Raj!

Perfect location for business group

Excellent, spacious setting in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Lovely home; responsive owner.

Two families of four stayed very comfortably in this lovely, original home. Owner Raj was gracious and communicative, and we had no issues during our stay. The location was convenient to highway and local necessities. The highlight for us was the backyard. The weather was warm but there were two covered patios and a working grill and outdoor fridge. Mornings and evenings outside were particularly enjoyable. Upstairs bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (3) were comfortable and roomy. Master bedroom was especially large. Family living area had a large TV and room for playing games and cards. Contemporary kitchen with all necessary tools. We booked our stay to be near relatives for my mother’s funeral, and I can tell you that we could not have had a better setting to experience an important family time. No distractions of things not working and plenty of small quiet spaces for conversations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location!

Very spacious and quiet

It was a perfect place to accommodate of a group of 8. We came with family for our daughter's graduation and enjoyed staying in this spacious and very clean house. There was a little issue with the AC (it was one of the hottest weekends this year so far!) but Raj took care of it very quickly and even gave us a nice bottle of wine for inconvenience. Thank you! Such a beautiful home and we wish we stayed a bit longer.

Beautiful House in Good Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Evergreen, San Jose in Labor Day weekend. The home itself was beautifully furnished. The kitchen was state-of-the-art, as were the bathrooms. All of the rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to spread out, or to socialize together in the family room. We would love to come back and stay here again
